Store and employees were awful when my 6 year old daughter cut her hand on a shelf. Employees told me to go wash up in the bathroom after waiting for 2 mins for him to come back with a bandaid after asking for help she has blood pouring and the associates left the blood in the floor and didn't clean it up or put any signs up after we spent 10 mins in the bathroom clenaing her hand blood was still in floor store is messy and unorganized anyway

Definitely a nice places for an affordable shopping experience.
There is so much to choose from too.
We really like to go here when it’s time to treat the kids to something nice.
The store is convenient to route one and is always clean and well lite. The staff are helpful and friendly plus they have several check out registers so you never have to wait long to tally your buggy.
I like that it’s local to many other stores in a shopping center.
There is definitely something here for everyone and anyone.

This store in general has gone downhill a lot over the years. It’s usually very messy and unorganized. I can’t below how items use to actually be 5 dollars and below and now it can range from 1-30 dollars. That’s absolutely crazy. They should change the name of the store at this point. Every time I go now, they only have like 2 SELF scans open and the employee working up front always comes over and forcibly starts grabbing and scanning my items for me and bagging them (which is fine I guess for someone who’s lazy or just doesn’t mind) but it seems they’re doing this because they’re worried about people stealing. I don’t need someone in my personal space helping me bag my stuff that I’m perfectly capable of bagging.

Five below is not what they used to be... This store used to be the go-to actually but this year during Christmas I went and I was so disappointed.. the options and it was very messy... They need to change the name of the store...its misleading current name is false advertising

Fine selection of items, some food items and clothing. Employees were friendly. You get what yoy pay for, but they are definitely worth it for cheap trendy clothes, candy, and some food products
