I purchased a gorgeous mesquite-based lamp with a patina’ed copper shade that arrived damaged. Jamie at Fraser made sure that a replacement shade was shipped quickly, and followed through every step of the way. This was a large purchase for me, and I am grateful to have found Fraser as I slowly re-do our tv room, as budget allows. Thank you!

My wife and I absolutely love this store. The customer service is top-notch. My wife has had her eye on the McDaniel dining room table for a little over a year. Sophia did a wonderful job explaining how we could purchase the floor model or have one custom made. She showed us the different color options and offered to send some wood samples with different stains home with us. Sophia also showed us a few chair options we could go with. We ended up getting the floor model and the Estelle chairs which are an amazing combination. We ended up saving so much time and money because everything was in stock. We were able to park behind the store when we picked everything up which made it super convenient. Highly recommend David and his staff.

After months of searching for a home office desk, I walked into Fraser Wood Elements and the search ended. I was able to design my desk in walnut - no laminate - all solid wood. I was so satisfied with my purchase, I ordered a floating shelf to match. Quality workmanship, customer-focused staff - highly recommend Fraser Wood Elements for your home office needs.

Fraser Wood Elements has given us incredibly high quality, very durable wood furniture that we plan on having in our family for decades. We bought our first piece, a walnut dining room table, at Fraser in 2018 and it has since endured three children stabbing it with forks and spilling every food imaginable onto it. When we bought the table, we hoped it would be our family dining room table for years and it hasn't disappointed! Fraser has a wonderful and knowledgeable staff, many of whom are woodworkers themselves, who are personable and can easily explain design options to you. I'm certain we'll be back to Fraser!

They're super chill and informed about every aspect of what they sell - and the products are top notch quality. We've made four purchases there that we love - two tables, a couch and a sleeper couch, and they're pretty much our favorite things in our house (besides our kids). Highly recommended ? They also have a relationship with our kids' school and we appreciate any company that's involved in the local community.
