So excited there is a friendly, efficient and knowledgeable shoe repair store in town that can add orthopedic lifts to shoes purchased in there store and/or ones brought in from elsewhere. My wife requires a 25mm lift in her left shoe to correct a medical condition, we brought in 3 pairs of shoes to have these lifts added and they finished not only the Birkenstocks but 2 pairs of running shoes in less than 2 weeks. They look fantastic and more importantly they did excellent work at a very reasonable expense. Everyone we have met in the store is extremely nice and helpful. They make you feel at home in the store. Thank you all! Forgot to mention they are a Birkenstock approved repair store, so my is very happy she can wear her "birks" again!

The soles of my HD riding boots started separating so I took them to Shoe Clinic. When I dropped them off I was charged $25. Honestly I thought that was just a deposit. A few days later I get a text that they are ready. I pick them up expecting to pay another $100 for the repairs. These boots cost about $300 so paying more to repair them isn't a big deal. But the $25 covered everything. The staff was super friendly and they even polished them.

Stopped by for a strap adjustment on a pair of Birkenstocks. The service was great and the price was right. Man was very pleasant.

I called today and was told that a shoe shine would be $20/pair! That seems a bit much to me.

Brought two pairs of shoes, both having their soles come off because of them being old and kept in a rather dry closet. They both still had a lot of use left in them once the soles were glued back on; which they did in a very professional and thorough manner. The price was quite reasonable. If you need shoes fixed that is where to go! They were very helpful and courteous. They also sell shoes there as well as a large variety of laces, shoe polish in many colors and even Darn Tough Socks, best socks ever. Good Shoe Repair places are hard to find...now you have!!

I called and asked a simple question on how a certain style of repair was done, and the older lady who answered the phone was *very rude, and would not answer the question. She was acting as if I were trying to get insider information from her..????I promise I’m not trying to learn the trade secrets of shoe repair, to start my own business. ????I just wanted a shoe repaired, and know how it was done. But, you lost a customer.??????

Just walked out of this store, I have been using this place for the last 3 years and on April 20th I dropped off two pair of danner boots too be repaired, got them back and the very first time I wore the boots the new stitch job came undone no big deal I called back left a message over Memorial Day weekend too document what happened and just came back in here today and the guy at the counter says I’m sorry but I have to charge you again because it’s been 30 days, it took 2 weeks to get them back, I said I don’t want them fixed I want a refund of the stitch job, he said no way why would we do that, I said because it was bad no quality work that caused the stitch too come undone and he responds with I’m not gonna argue with you no refund. Absolutely last time I would step foot in this place time forgot.

I have to say, my first experience was great, maybe a year or so ago. I recently took a pair of shoes to have the soles re-glued. The clerk told me they can't be re-glued, I would have to have them re-soled at a cost of $55. Of course you have to pay up front. Long story short, it's been a month and they still haven't been started. I asked to refund my money, he told me "No", not until the shoes come back. I said, "That's the problem, you can't get the shoes back, keep them, just refund my $55, and again he said "No". Not very professional. Not another dime of my hard earned money. If that's their model, they won't be in business long. Buyer's Beware.

I'm a happy customer! My Allen Edmonds dress shoes had a hole in the sole. AE wanted six weeks and $125 to resole them.Shoe Clinic charged me way less than that, and the originally said it would be 2-3 weeks. They finished in 10 days! The the new soles and heels look perfect, and they feel just like the original.I highly recommend giving these folks a try!

Terrible customer service. A very rude older lady answered the phone, and hung up on me while I was still talking. They didn’t perform the service I was asking for the first time, but my second question was about repairing a pair of boots. But she didn’t let me speak, because she hung up on me. Took my business elsewhere.

I don't think I've ever left a bad review in my life but that's just how poorly The management handled a simple miscommunication. I dropped off my shoe for a simple repair and because it had been a while since they had called me with an update I decided to call and turns out I had given them the wrong phone number. Simple mistake totally my fault yet the manager felt the need to become aggressive with me after discovering this mistake and going so far as to hang up on me and would not speak to me when I came to pick up the shoe. This behavior was childish and frankly disappointing and I will not be coming here again. Wish I could leave zero stars

Did an ok job on cleaning and repair but didn’t take the laces out of either pair and ruined all 4 laces by wiping stain down them. Told me there was nothing he could do. Except he could’ve taken the laces out.

Took some BEAT UP boots and decent shoes I've had for almost 10 years. I truly thought they were done but I loved them so much that I had to give it a try. Got EXCELLENT service and info from the owner. It seems the people here have an actual passion for footwear and knowledge to back it up. Long story short I thought I was going to have throw away $200 boots that looked awesome and these guys returned them to me like new for way less than half that. I cannot not adequately describe how transformed they are. If you love your shoes DO NOT throw them away, let these people take a peek. You wont regret it and you'll save some cash!!!

Has always done a great job on repairs, and always in a timely fashion. Definitely a lost trade in today's world
