The person who created the beautiful purple flower arrangements currently in the store is an artist. I was just in awe at how beautiful and different each arrangement was! Bravo!?

Giant stores aren't all bad; some are cleaner than others. But, the business has a few nasty features: I have quite a few times bought something that had a sale price pasted on the shelf that I was charged full price for. And most annoying, this silly notion of "digital coupons". I asked the lady at the desk (very nice, and apologetic) to give me a digital coupon so I could buy some ice-cream, and she said she could not - i had to do it with my phone or computer. What a bother! needless to say, I didn't buy the ice-cream, and I was so annoyed at stupid marketing that I'm posting this review.

Made an appointment using Giant's website for a J&J vaccine and took time off of work (unpaid) to make it happen. After I arrived at the pharmacy they told me there were none left. Why allow me to make an appointment for a vaccine that you don't have...? Waste of my time.

Katherine is absolutely the rudest Pharm Tech I have ever encountered!!I usually deal with Kyle and Claudia, who are amazing, but I had such an awful experience with Katherine — i just felt the review was necessary.Rude, not willing to help, no “warm welcome” or “find farewell” and generally very unpleasant for a lady of her age!Times are tough in these times and bitterness only makes everyone’s life harder. Shame on you, Katherine.

I came here at 6am after the entire state had been in relative lockdown. Despite major supply shortages everywhere, the shelves were stocked and the employees were ready. The staff was laser-focused on checking out customers as quickly and safely as possible. They care about each other, and they care about their customers. Everyone hopes their neighborhood grocery store will feel neighborly even in the worst of times, and despite crazy hours and cleaning schedules and insane crowds, the staff here has dedicated themselves to serving their community. They deserve SO, SO much credit for all they do. Thank you for making self-quarantine shopping not only possible, but easy (and safefor the consumer. YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST!

Visited this location after checking into a close by hotel. Looking for water, refreshments and snacks for the room. Store seemed cramped a unkept. Employees did not seem interested in their jobs. No smiles or eye contact. Looked at some prepared cheese and the like snacks, they did not seem fresh. Walked out with purchasing anything. Drove a little further to Wegmans. A much more pleasanter experience.

My experience here was subpar. My cashier Gerald never greeted me. No eye contact. No pleasantries. Lack of customer service. Full attempt of making me feel like shopping here was a mistake. fully greeted the next customer with more flavor. Maybe because they were in the same age bracket. Store is tight and needs an update.
