Found out 19 years too late that wood burning stove installation was done by "chuck w a truck". You buy...they fly.5' of inner lining stainless tubing vice 25' has allowed for all sorts of issues. New stove and repair work ~$10,500. When I mentioned where the original stove was purchased, CIS rated inspector made the comment that you're seeing this problem with stoves from gl over often..Also never return calls. Just saying.

4 years ago we purchased a Jotul gas log stove from another dealer in another town. Installation did not go well and scheduling with them was horrible. We stumbled onto Glover Enterprises doing a search because no way were we going back to that other store. We were putting in a wood stove in our garage and needed piping etc. Not only were they knowledgeable in what we needed but helped us figure out exactly what we had to do. Now this year they have not only serviced our Jotul but also replaced our logs.Excellent service! By the way, the other store told us that Glover was going out of business! Highly doubtful as they are going strong after 46 years! Highly recommend them.

Excellent company and well-managed by local owners. My wife and I have been very pleased with our brick-lined Quadrafire fireplace insert that ***** installed in 2018. Has functioned flawlessly, and I enjoyed the personal attention provided by ***** when he visited our home and helped us select the model that best fit our needs.

They need a phone answering service. No one answers anytime of day. Best way to have them contact you is by going on their website and filling out the form under "contact us". But once you're able to get someone to contact you service is great!!

Outstanding service! Chris came in and quickly remedied my problem. My appointment was between 10-12pm and he apologized for being at my house at 10:30. Other businesses could take a lesson. Glovers will be my #1 choice for any future service or repairs.
