Visited this store yesterday (02/01/24). Worst customer service experience I have encountered in a long time. Electa is beyond unfriendly, she is flat out hostile and rude to customers. With so many other reviews pointing out the same thing, it makes you wonder if GNC even cares?? I will never give them my business again.Adding to my review: I called the customer service line to make a formal complaint on 2/01/24 and asked for a manager to contact me. To date (02/03/24), I have not heard from management. SMH

Poor customer service. Went in this afternoon and asked for a product. I assume I was interrupting him during his phone scrolling because instead of him showing me where the product was, he pointed and said 3 aisles over and went back to scrolling on his phone. I never saw his face after that because his head was down in his phone the entire time. I walked out and I dont even think he knew I left.

I enjoy shopping at this location. Electa who works at this location is very knowledgeable and helpful. I like the product recommendations that she and the other staff provide.I feel that Electa and the others really takes the time to listen to me, and find solutions that are based on my goals. They are not just recommending products that are irrelevant. They take the time to explain why they are suggesting the products in relation to the goals that I’m trying to accomplish.

Very bad people works in this store, and protien powder you can find it $53 online and they are selling it at $90 shut your store

Wouldn’t recommend coming to this location the customer service is terrible and there is a white male that works here and is extremely rude and he literally yelled at me.Usually I leave good reviews but I couldn’t take that attitude and the violent language he gave me.

Employees are always at least 20 late to open the store. They close the door at odd times of the day with no sign or notice as to when they’ll be back.
