I dropped off a bag of donations here, but I didn’t find anything interesting. I’m sure it’s worth visiting, it was a miss for me.

This is the best goodwill you will ever go to, and I am beyond thrilled with the amazing service I have received over the years💙💜 Everyone is super friendly and helpful and you can’t beat the kindness, positive energy, good vibes, and amazing spirit you get when you visit this store. Anton is absolutely incredible and so hard working and Ed is a wonderful human being as well. Very hard working. I’d like to put a good word in for Steve, James, and Laverne as well. Thank you for all your amazing hard work and great vibes and for making this a wonderful store to visit. I’ll always be back for more!! ❤️💙💜

Look at 5 things I was interested. Check on eBay. I can literally buy it cheaper with shipping than in your store. I bought a CD, nothing else. Y’all so greedy you’re going to alienate your customer base so much that no one comes in. Y’all dumb.

Surprised that new management feels the need to over price items like they are struggling to profit off the free items they receive

While I have found some really great items at this store, their business practices are dishonest. They widely advertised their 70% off sale at the beginning of July. I went looking for children’s clothes which are always $1.99 and found they had increased children’s clothes prices to $3.99 for the sale so that you actually only saved about $0.60 off the normal price. While it was still inexpensive it’s the principle of the matter. When I brought it up to the cashier that I noticed how they increased in price he denied the entire thing, said they’re still $1.99 as he’s ringing me up and it’s on the screen as $3.99.

Beware! This store is dishonest. What they do is illegal, according to the Federal Trade Commission, it's called bait-and-switch tactics. I had visited this store for 3 weeks, waiting on the white tag sale for a specific shirt. I went to the store first thing in the morning and found the shirt with the white noodle tag missing. I asked the manager and told her what had happened she told me the store policy which was fine but then I had an employee come up to me and lie to my face. She tells me that she had put that shirt out the day before. If that were the case then where is the noodle that's supposed to be on it? The likelihood of it being the same shirt with the same original store tag, the same size and brand is highly unlikely. Goodwill is not to be trusted! They remove tags on the day before the color of the week. It benefits Goodwill for you to pay full price for items rather than get it half off. Probably all stores do this. Goodwill is a dishonest company. I nicely tried to let the manager know what the employee did and she completely ignored me except to say as I was leaving have a blessed day.. Didn't even acknowledge me. Rude. Very unprofessional. Look it up for youself. Google- Goodwill taking off tags. It's happened before.

It is a donation store and they sell things at mall prices. It is cheaper to buy at the mall looking for clearance offers.

The staff could be a bit more friendly and the prices could be lower but it’s not a bad goodwill I suppose. It’s the only one close to me if I need to go to one. They don’t really have anything appealing in my opinion I’ve been to other locations and they have nice stuff there, all the inventory at the others are taken care of too. At this one, it seems like the staff doesn’t clean up the clothes that are lying on the floor getting dirty.

Clean store and friendly staff. Found a few treasures! Not too keen on some of their pricing however. I understand inflation but the fact remains their inventory is used and donated. Over pricing items benefits absolutely no one unless the products get purchased.
