The cashiers here are less than kind. Absolutely rude and should not be working here. The cashier used a curse word with me and was rude. No greeting. No eye contact with poor attitudes and ugly personalities. SLOW.
The other cashier laughed in response to what our cashier said.

The prices are a joke for the condition of most items. Ross and Marshall’s have kids shirts for the same price new I don’t get how they are making money anymore

I love thrifting but the workers at this location are rude and snappy. It seemed like we were SUCH an inconvenience to be rung up.

The other Goodwills around the are have way better selection of clothing. Don't bother unless you like poor quality cheap crap. TONS of crappy Chinese fast fashion from SHEIN and Romwe here... that they are selling for more than it originally cost... lmao Shein dresses for $10 like what.

Mostly clothes in this store so if that’s what you’re after they have a lot, did find one thing but the cashier (Vanessa) was beyond rude….no hello, didn’t tell me the amount, handed me my receipt and just said “there you go”…..acted as if my being there was an inconvenience to her! Will find a different location next time!

guys im gonna let you know now that the reviews aren't lying when they say the cashiers are slow and rude. i've been going here for years and the people are always rude. especially the older white lady with the black ponytail and sometimes the tall black lady with glasses. If I see the older white lady is cashiering i will straight up leave and it sucks because she's always working. they rearrange the store constantly and and the items aren't even good anymore, it seems like they never add new stuff. I go in each time hoping things have changed but they keep going downhill.

Was going to visit, but reviews of rude manager and inconsistent and misleading pricing made me dislike

No bathroom… they have a bathroom but will not let customers use it. I am older and find this to be a very big inconvenience. They could open to the public and use a key for keeping it clean.

Worst experience first the black night stand in the back had trash and a mouse nest with mouse turds and used condom wrapper inside!!! Then the older employee was complaining about not having a break and walked away with a long line came back and put a cigarette in her mouth and was carrying it in her hand around the store!!

Only one person at the check out and there was a long line. It took forever to get checked out. I am talking about at least 20 - 30 minutes. If that wasn’t bad enough when we finally got to the register the female employee was rude and had an attitude. There are many other goodwills in the area that we go to that have much better service and much friendlier staff. I think we will stay clear of this goodwill from now on.

Double the price of other goodwills. Cashier sees me standing at the register. Promptly ignores me and leaves. Still standing here after 5 minutes. Can't wait to never come here again.

They are misleading in their advertised book prices. They list children’s books for $0.99. My daughter and son happy about a few of the books we found at this location. These are clearly children’s books, some of which are classic titles I read myself as a child in elementary school. One book even specifies it’s intended for ages 6 to 9.
In our family, we believe in recycling books, which is why we often shop at thrift stores. I’ve been to multiple Goodwill locations that price their children's books at $0.99 and actually honor this pricing. This particular store had the same signage for book pricing as the other Goodwills I’ve visited recently. However, when I went to check out, the cashier rang up three hardcover books at the adult hardcover price. I explained these were children’s books. She responded that their store prices them differently because the manager has set those rates, and she had asked her manager to change the sign to avoid confusion, as these books supposedly don’t qualify as children’s books.
I was a bit confused but decided not to press the issue since it was only three books that my daughter really wanted. While my husband stayed at the register, I went to look at sunglasses near the counter. When I returned, I noticed the paperbacks were being charged at $1.99. I questioned this, pointing out again that they were children’s books. She reiterated that their manager had set the prices and that only thin paperbacks like Dr. Seuss —are considered children’s books.
These books are clearly meant for elementary-aged children, not young adults—they are children’s books, plain and simple.
I bought them anyway since my kids were eager to have them, but I won’t be shopping at this Goodwill again. Their children’s books are grouped together on the same shelves, yet they’re not honoring the advertised prices.

Best Goodwill in the area that I know of for larger furniture. This location is pretty busy and seems to be well picked through. I have a hard time finding anything nice here. The employees at this location are pretty friendly though.
