When a sign is up that says DVDs are .99 cents and BOGO, it should be honored. The sign says it does not include DVD sets but nothing about Blu Ray DVDs. Never had this issue before & will be reaching out to corporate.

This is my favorite Goodwill store because it's not only new, but clean and the staff is always working hard to get new items out on the floor. I don't know what the complaint about clothes and handbag prices is because it's standard pricing at all Goodwill stores. I appreciate this store putting the sales tag at the seams in clothing so as not to tear a hole in the material. I also have found some beautiful quilts at Cosner's Corner Goodwill. And they have good items online to shop for. I enjoy a weekly thrifting of deals and treasures. You have a very nice store that is clean and smells good. Keep up the good work.

The employees are great and the prices aren't as bad as some goodwill locations (that isn't saying much).

This is my new favorite Goodwill in the area! That fresh new smell and so well organized... there was some weird review about pricing but all the Goodwills price the same? The first place I look for clothes, and the employees are so nice :)

For a goodwill things are super overpriced, y’all are getting stuff for FREE, have some common sense and price things at a reasonable price.

I’m not to sure who is pricing the items but it is ridiculous. Plain wicker basket with hole in the bottom was $9.99. Canvas picture was $29.99 that was originally priced from Hobby Lobby $28.99. Fake MK purse with shredding straps priced $39.99. Real MK purse priced $7.99 in perfect condition which further proves your pricers do have a clear understanding of what’s fake and what’s real. I brought the real of course and I went to checkout and told the cashier she looked at me like I had four heads and said, “oh well must be your lucky day.” So I used my $5.00 off reward, so yes my lucky day indeed and Goodwill lost. The staff at Cosner’s Corner all came from Rappahannock Store and I really expected more since they were all talking about how the store would fail and eventually close without them and the manager. Honestly Rappahannock store is much better and priced to sell instead of mall prices. Perhaps the regional director should stop by and survey both stores. Cosner’s corner employees dress like they are homeless and just got out the bed. Cashiers missing teeth and oily hair should remain in the back with the sorters. Manager outfits are so tight that she can barely move and never speaks to customers. That’s it my honest review.

I stopped at your store on Route 3. I found a package of Christmas decorations with a pink sticker that was mostly taken off. (The bottom right corner was still there with the last 2 number .99). I asked an employee the price. She took it to the back and came out with a green sticker of 5.99. When I asked the male employee why it was green when it had originally been pink, he said it's because that's the color sticker they are using this week.
Makes zero sense. This is why we don't shop goodwill as much as we use to.

Went into Goodwill with my sister and I don't understand why they hire such rude cashiers.

Some of the cashier's are a bit rude. The pricing can vary on the exact same product. I believe it is a matter of who puts the price on the merchandise, and not really the item value itself. The store itself does usually have a good variety of nice things to go through and look out. There are worse thrift stores including other Goodwill s.
