Chris & Rob have been amazing through the entire process of my car maintenance to make sure I was safe for my road trip. They made sure I understood what was going on and answered any and all questions I had. They were super patient and the customer service was AMAZING! 10/10 would recommend!

I was in the middle of a tire going flat, and Edwin Perdomo took care of everything for me. I know cars and was mentally preparing for 4 new tires since I’m AWD (all have to be replaced at the same time and that is expensive). He first tried to see if the tire was patchable instead, which is different than other tire places I’ve been to in the past. Unfortunately it couldn’t (I figured so), but he was nice and professional, and the price hurt but wasn’t earth shattering. I’ve been in with cars for a long time and know it’s tough to find car places that don’t find ways to take advantage of naive customers, but Goodyear proved that there’s still honest places and have honest sales people.

Edwin has great customer service skills. He was professional and thoroughly explained each detail of my auto service needs. When in doubt he got the information immediately. He handled other customers as professionally in person and on the phone. The auto mechanics were thorough and fast in handling my auto. Everyone was very professional and helpful. They made a bad day so much more tolerable. Thank you.

Wow what a great place. While traveling from Ny to Nc we got a piece of metal imbedded on the inside wall of front tire. We stopped at this location and. Edwin Perdomo was instrumental in getting us 2 new tires and back on the road in a very short time. The staff was friendly and amazing! I highly recommend Goodyear on MccWhirt loop in Fredericksburg VA! Thanks again guys!!!

This Goodyear shop is great. Store manager Mr. Joey Staats is the best. He has very great customer skills and he answers any questions of the customer with great knowledge and warm attitude. I will buy 3 years align/prog from him

Joey Staats at the Goodyear in Fredericksburg Va. repairedmy tire upon arrival and 30 minutes later, I was back on the road. Excellent service!

Since they changed management, the service has significantly improved. Clean and quiet place. Very friendly staff. Not too busy. Oil change and wheel alignment and wipers changed done just for about an hour and 10 mins.

Goodyear Fredericksburg was only location who installed and rotated my tires. When changing a flat, I found a used lugnut that my tire iron didn’t fit. Had to call for service. If they would’ve told me, I could’ve replaced it and changed tire myself and saved time and frustration.Also they usually tell me cabin air filter is dirty but I never give them key to glovebox. Otherwise service is okay.

Very dishonest company. Tried to go in to get an oil change with my fleet membership card which is discounted pricing for me and was notified they only handle those types of cards M-Saturday being it’s a Sunday.. and when I asked if they can call to verify, the upfront person said they she’s just not going to do it under that since it’s only M-Saturday and how they take hours to get back. I went somewhere else and everything was instant. Goodyear tried to charge me full price which is almost $100 but went to a different auto shop and they processed me under my fleet card and it was only $50.. never coming here ever again..
