All employees are very nice and friendly, the only problem is that every time o have come to get oil change, they have put the sticker with the wrong miles for next service. Other than that everything else is excellent.

I gave grease monkey in Spotsylvania county a 5 star rate because I have never been so relieved to get something fixed on my car. I was greeted with a smiling and an eager willingness to help. They talked me through everything and made sure to not over complicate anything in hopes of just getting a yes out of me. I really appreciate the time and effort they put in to helping me figured out what was wrong. Thank you guys for all you do!!

Stopped in to get a much needed oil change on my old pickup truck. Pulled right up to the bay and they took my truck right in for doing the change. The place looked very clean and the staff were friendly and got right to work. The oil change was fairly priced and took less than fifteen minutes to change the oil and vacuum out the cab of my truck.
Would go again and highly recommend!

This is a great place to take your vehicle! I go there for all my vehicle needs. They do many things besides oil changes. Everyone works quickly and efficiently together to get you on your way. They are friendly and professional! I highly recommend this Grease Monkey!
