Never a wait and they always do a great job. The haircut barely cost $20 so I try to tip the same amount in cash. It's well worth $40 to get a good haircut, especially since my friend who happens to be a woman tells me she spends almost $300 to go get her hair done!

Nice people but I never really get what I want. Usually is fine enough but the girl who cut my hair this time went way to short. I said I wanted it just above my shoulders and long enough to put up in a ponytail. I told her I was okay to use a couple of clips if pieces fell out which I guess was my mistake. She cut it so short that I can't even get it up. I definitely didnt want a bob. Its hair and will grow back but its super frustrating

Cheserae was really sweet and she did a great job with the cut. I showed her one picture and she got it exactly how I wanted it. Highly recommend 👍

Friendly staff that are extremely efficient in moving people through their haircut or styling. Store has plenty of hair product items available and they routinely have items on sale. The online app is very easy to use and allows you to reserve your time prior to getting there.

If I would give zero stars I would. Very dissatisfied with the service that was provided to me today. I came to get a haircut and specifically asked the hairdresser, her name is Robin, for half an inch from the top and 2 inches from the sides with a fade. She was very rude and was very hard handed when cutting my hair. Straight away, she went in with clippers in the middle of my head, making me bald. I did not say anything as it was already done. I then got up and a couple minutes later noticed she had left a big chunk from the back of my head. She was also very rude while fixing it. I had forgotten my wallet and someone was coming to pay for me and she kept being rude and was repeatedly telling me we close at 8, even though the hours listed say 9 and it was barely 7pm. It was highly disappointing in how she was treating customers, it was less like trimming human hair and more like sheep grooming!!!

I have been to multiple different locations of Great Clips, and have only experience a great clip from one hairstylist at the Southpoint location and I believe she no longer works there. I have not seen her the last few times I have been there and asked specifically for her.
