every employee is rude, the clothes are a mess and wrinkled. The lady who checked me out was rude and preceded to put the phone in front of metold me to put my email in for my receipt. It was like she got something out of making me sign up. I said no and she proceeded to unhook the receipt printer so that it doesn’t print and check me out. I know how printers work and you can totally print my receipt. Do better H&M

Surprisingly good prices, especially if you find an item on clearance. I found the staff were very helpful and the store seemed well managed to me.

The customer service just depends on the day on whether it’s good or not. Their clothes have become so basic and boring overtime. It isn’t worth the money to buy the product or the time to even walk into the store and look around anymore.

Clean store. Usually good experience shopping there. Lots if items do have things stolen from them but they discount it because of that(jewelry). Good prices and staff aren't in your way at all.
