I was pleasantly surprised by the level of organization and cleanliness of this location. It was busy with people doing their Christmas shopping, but the employees were doing a great job keeping items stocked and helping shoppers get what they were looking for. There was a bit of a line for the checkout, but they had enough cashiers to make it a quick process. There are bigger HomeGoods around, but I would not hesitate to shop at this location again.

This store has a great variety of holiday and seasonal items along with everyday household! The staff is also very helpful! Always buy more than I need... But is that a bad thing!

I went into this festive store yesterday looking for few items. As soon as I walked into the door there were bunch of Staff walking behind some guy who was telling them about what changes he wanted to be done & practically what he liked & he didn’t like in the store. It doesn’t need a genius to figure out that he was the BOSS! I had eye contact with the BOSS & HE DID NOT EVEN ACKNOWLEDGED ME OR HIS STAFF!!!!!! I went shopping for 21 items on my list. The store is overstocked for holidays & you can’t shop around in an easy way. Stuff falling off shelves & you barely can maneuver your cart around! I found a set of holiday dishes but there were missing 2 dishes; I asked an employee if she knows if they have another dishes set; her response was swift & rude: “ No, I don’t know “…”you have to look”! What do you mean you don’t know? Can you please look it up?…”No, I can’t look it up & I don’t know if we have another set”. She was persistent & rude!!! HOW CAN A STORE NOT KNOW WHAT THEY HAVE ON HAND & WHAT THEY DON’T HAVE!!! Her response was…”I really don’t expect you to understand but that’s our system “…!!! Ok; can you find out if another store has another complete set of dishes”. She even declined to do that & went on her way without any explanation!Then I found 6 coffee cups in liked;there was only one simple issue;one cup priced @ $5.99; 2 cups priced @ $6.99 & 3 cups priced @ $7.99! They are all same identical cups; same size, same manufacturer & same design but there were 3 different prices for the same cups!!! I met another employee & I confronted her with the pricing issue. I asked her how to adjust the prices thinking that there was some kind of error; however; the employee declined to do anything about it simply because that’s the store policy!!! The STORE POLICY IS TO SELL THE SAME EXACT PRODUCT AT 3 DIFFERENT PRICES ON THE SHELVES!!!!!!!!!!! This is something NEW; I haven’t heard anything about selling the same product with 3 different prices on the shelves!!! I really thought it was an error but… I was told that’s the store policy again!! I had everything I wanted in my cart; it’s full & I’m heading to the checkout area; then I remembered one more item; instead of looking for it all over the store; I decided to ask another employee who was stocking some merchandise. I asked her where could I find holiday glasses; amazingly & again; she replied: “ I don’t know, but I will send you someone who knows!!! I waited for close to 10 mins; then I saw the same employee who was supposed to get me some help exiting the store as if she was heading home!!!!!!!!!!!!I don’t know about you; but this visit to this store proved to me that this COMPANY HOMEGOODS HAS SOME SERIOUS ISSUES WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! No matter how festive HOMEGOODS stores are!!! No matter how cheap their prices are !! And no matter how great of a collection they have!!! The MOST IMPORTANT THING FOR ME EVER TIME I PATRONIZE ANY STORE IS CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I am in any store maximum around 20-30 mins. I don’t need to be dealing with a rude employee and I don’t want to be confronted by a sarcastic staff. I just want to be respected as long as I’m being respectful. This company HOMEGOODS sells nothing necessary!!! Most of their products are impulsive items and there are several stores in Fredericksburg’s area MUCH CHEAPER THAN HOMEGOODS !!! You’ll think that their executives will entice their store staff to make extra effort with customer service for this holiday season!!! However; it’s obvious you can’t expect the store staff to implement a bit of decent customer service when the BOSS walk around in the store ignoring all customers & demanding from store staff to follow him around in the store for him to express out loud his dissatisfaction with their efforts in a very sarcastic manner. The BOOS must set an example to the staff & it wasn’t happening at this store.Frankly; I HAD ENOUGH. I left my cart in front of the checkout counter & left. I DO NOT RECOMMEND HOMEGOODS STORE AT ALL. Home Goods is a regular stop for this Interior Designer. “HG”, as I refer to this store, has something new every week. I have furnished many homes with a combination of Home Goods rugs, art, lamps, pillows, furniture etc…My number one recommendation to clients who are searching for beautiful rugs at a reasonable price.

Returned an item after seeing that it had been used. The manager, Nicole, claimed that it was discounted because it arrived from a different vendor. Incorrect. It was discounted because it had been used, was missing coffee pods, and had water in the collection pot.Nicole’s disposition during the encounter was EXTREMELY unprofessional and unacceptable. This location should be ASHAMED to have someone in such a title with this type of attitude. No greeting, no accommodations for the customer, or customer satisfaction policies instilled by the company upheld on her end.Unacceptable!

Customer service non existent. Only one cashier, no back up and very slow. Expect loooong delays to pay for your items if you're there on a weekday during midday hours.

HomeGoods is great for a variety of kitchen and home design etc. It also has dog toys coats and beds, office decor, gourmet and regular coffee and snacks, rugs, lights, so so many pillows and great clearance aisles if you hit them at the right time. I would suggest if you see something and like it and are considering it but it, return it if you need to but in many cases it won't be there if you go back. Want a good gift at a great price don't forget this place!

Found some affordable items for my business! I was so shocked that I never thought to browse Homegoods. I have always liked their kitchen section and I randomly went in today and found an emulsion blender that I've been considering buying. I make body butters and this will be perfect for smaller batches.
