I’m 32 years old and have never posted a review in my entire life.
I was almost killed in a motorcycle wreck and walk with a cane. Upon my arrival, Dennis walked over and knocked my cane over. Luckily he told me, “don’t worry just leave it on the ground”.
I will spare anyone reading this review 30-40 minutes of, “I don’t know, this isn’t my specialty, but most importantly blatantly telling me that I’m wrong, when I was not”. So much that he had to call in a second employee, who also belittled my situation.
I had completed 99% of my taxes and had simplistic questions regarding deductibles; to which both constantly argued with each other and myself. Then agreed I was correct.
Oh and finally when I decided to leave because this was this most miserable experience of my life, Dennis asked me;
“Can I roll you to the front?”
What a wonderful and hilarious joke to a disabled individual with a disability.
