I had IDesign replace our granite kitchen countertops with a beautiful Quartz countertop. Our original granite was to dark for the space and the new Quartz really brightened up the space. We also had them install a new master bath vanity countertop and sinks as well. They did a great job doing both tops. I will be having them back to do our hall bath soon.

Had a very good experience with iDesign. They have a great selection of granite right at the shop and helped us through what could have been a confusing process. They also instructed us on how to clean the granite, which has proved invaluable.

The counters are beautiful and the customer support and the design were great overall. There was a miscommunication over the stovetop installation and what was and was not supposed to be done by the team.
1. The sink that was put in was not put in level (undermount). You could see one side has a larger gap that was sealed than the other side, causing the sink to not drain properly. This issue was resolved by someone coming back out so no major issues there.
2. We found (when we were cleaning our gas stovetop) that it was just dropped in, not reattached at all. Originally this caused us to be concerned, however after talking with them and doing some research, this is standard practice.
I wish the stovetop piece was communicated better at the beginning like the plumbing for the sink was so we knew what was our responsibility once the counters were installed.

We went looking for new kitchen counters. Our current counters are 20 years old and were cracking. The selection of available granite counters extensive. They had both small samples and in the warehouse many more large sheets of materials for counters. We were aided by knowledgeable staff and took several samples for comparison in our home.
Upon making a selection IDG sent out a professional with laser equipment to get measurements. This resulted in a very precise estimate of materials and ultimately installation which was very well done.
The installation was completed on the scheduled dates and looks great. The staff who did the installation were very professional and cleaned up all excess materials once the counters were installed. We are very pleased with their work and would recommend IDG for anyone looking for quality countertops.

Great experience. They were responsive, arrived as scheduled for each step, informative and allowed us to see and approve the quartz pattern and seam placement recommendation beforehand. We are happy with everything.

Designing a new Kitchen with Quartz was a huge undertaking. As soon as we came in we met with Justin. Very welcoming and knowledgable. The company understood what we were trying to do. We did not want to change cabinets just get a brighter look in the kitchen. It worked, we used Cambria Portrush. The whole kitchen brightened up and the cabinets have new handles that match our new touchless faucet in champagne bronze.
Their crew was amazing they spent 2 hours measuring with lasers. Installation was perfect. For the full back splash they came back for another long session of measuring. In two visits our new kitchen was done. They sent diagrams with each step to verify we were happy with their design . My son who is an engineer said it was artistically planned. The design lines on the counter continued into the back splash. Fabulous company to work with.

From the first visit at I-Design Granite I knew that we were going to do business. Justin answered all of our questions, showed us all of the slabs, explained the process and lead time. The price was very reasonable.
Ishmael provided the laser detail measurements and made note of our request to center the sink to the window.
The installation team had great skills. The seam is unnoticeable. I never saw caulking with one hand. Quick install without incident and cleaned up. I would use them again and absolutely recommend this company for your granite or quartz countertops.

iDesign Granite gave me assistance with designing a woodstove granite pedestal. The granite was cut and trimmed per my drawing, and then brought to my residence and installed by their technicians. It turned out beautiful, what an improvement to my lake house! These folks do great work!

I received multiple quotes for our kitchen granite countertops. Initially, iDesign wasn't the lowest-priced option, but Justin followed up consistently and encouraged us to give them a chance. He was extremely knowledgeable and never pressured us into buying something we didn't like, providing honest and accurate answers to all our questions. They matched the competing price, and beyond that, the overall experience was exceptional. Their installers arrived on time, and they even took care of the plumbing. Overall, iDesign is one of the best companies I've worked with recently, and I highly recommend them!

IDesign Granite did a wonderful job on our granite counter top. Justin was easy to work with and very knowledgeable. The granite counter top looked terrific after the install. I will be keeping IDesign Granite contact number for future work.
