I have used Jackson Hewitt for the last five years. However, this was my first time using this office. My experience has always been outstanding at the 610 location. But this location seriously lacks in service, knowledge, and professionalism. The individual who did my taxes dismissed all of my concerns about childcare expenses and tuition write off’s, he had me sign out of date waivers, and he even put over five staples in my W2’s. Additionally, he did not provide me a copy of what was filed. When I called the office to request a copy Rita was dismissive, rude, and didn’t have the decency to pretend to care. Rita spoke over me countless times. She even went as far as raising her voice in frustration. After to going in a circle with her she finally said she could print my documents “but not any time soon because she has clients”. What she failed to realize is that I am client. However, after this experience I will no longer be one. I encourage anyone looking for tax professionals who care to go elsewhere.
