I visit this store primarily for fabric and sewing supplies. Unfortunately, the fabric selection has been greatly reduced in favor of craft items, and on this trip I couldn't even get the thread I needed. I was able to buy foam for seat cushions. In choosing the foam, I noticed a huge amount of dirt and grime on the floor under the shelving. The store needs a serious cleaning. 4 stars is because I really need a fabric store, and this is the only option.

Imagine asking an associate for help looking for an item and the
associate tells you to look at the top of the shelf that is labeled “Please see associate for help” haha Michael’s it is!

RUDE customer service except for 1 employee that went above and beyond. I'd mention her name but unfortunately I didn't get it. She is what customer service is about! To her, thank you! I would suggest a staff meeting on how your other employees should treat customers because it's severely lacking!

Usually, I’m a huge fan. Today, I was on a knee scooter. I never realized how handicap unfriendly the store is. Even the chairs at the pattern tables were gone. The aisles were packed and unmanageable.

I needed 2 yds of a fabric. When she measured it was 2 yds and 1 inch. She asked if I wanted the inch. Thought it ridiculous to cut off 2 inch, so she charged me $.33. Seriously? That's why I avoid this greedy store.
