Working with La-Z-Boy was a real good experience. Erin knows the products very well. The whole staff was wonderful and very nice. Felt very comfortable the whole time. I would recommend anybody to go check them out.

We have not yet received our furniture since we just finished the design consultation and order. Erin, the design consultant was absolutely fantastic and put together a design with elements we had never considered 🎉🙏. We went back to make small adjustments to the order and Anna and Summer were equally fantastic --- and patient. I highly recommend this store!!

Our experience so far has been great. The showroom is lovely and we had so many styles to choose from. Lisa was very knowledgeable and helpful. Our couch is being ordered so I hope our experience continues well!!

I worked primarily with Lauren who was an Interior Designer. I was primarily looking for a sofa and chair for my family room but she showed me so many wonderful things that besides the sofa and chair I got another table, swivel chair, 6 pillows as well as a rug for my living room and dining room. Don't forget leather cleaner, upholstery cleaner, protection for motor on sofa and rugs. Lauren was a pleasure to work with and not pushy loke some furniture stores.

It was a busy day but we were greeted at the door, helped with any questions and shown suggestions based on our comments. We selected a chair for each of us. Mine needed to be special ordered but came in quickly.
We were more than pleased with all the employees and our treatment.

My wife and I went to the La-Z-Boy store in Fredericksburg Virginia yesterday. We were motivated to look at a recliner chair for my office as we received a flyer in the mail that talked about a 30% discount. When we enter the store, a sales person politely asked us if we needed help and I told him what we were looking for, and I was directed to the correct area. Wall in the general area of the recliners another sales person asked if we needed help and I said I was looking for a recliner with a cupholder, and I was immediately directed to the one chair that I wanted. While looking at the chair, my wife went to look at other things And the store manager came over, offered her assistance. I told her I really like the chair And I would like to buy it. She prepared a cost sheet with the discount and then she helped me very quickly to purchase the chair and set up a delivery date for Thursday of this week.
Thank you to La-Z-Boy For an excellent quality recliner and to the Fredericksburg store team who provided outstanding service.
