Implements dangerous policies for domestic violence victims, seek care somewhere safer.The desk staff on duty February 21st at 1:00pm assisted my abuser in attempting to know the date and time of my appointment. The caller claimed they needed the info so my abuser could sign a guarantor’s form. When asked why that info was needed for a financial form it was stated there is no such form but my abuser has a right to know when the appointment is. I was the reprimanded for poor communication with my abuser, accused of making up the abuse, and threatened that if I didn’t “communicate better” I would not be assisted. When I declined sharing vulnerable information with my abuser, I was hung up on. This is not a safe establishment to seek medical care if you are in an abusive situation.

After trying 2 different locations, 6 unsuccessful try I was recommended to this location.Ms .Karen N took me in and was able to get blood .Karen was so patient and friendly.Next time I will come directly to her.Thank you. Karen.

lab corp on careway people are very nice. I come here even though even its farther for me because the lab corp by Spotsylvania Hospital have some rude workers there. some nice but a few horrible

The front desk staff Rashaia is an absolute joy! Always a smile on her face and ready to help! Karen the lab tech is the absolute best! She is one of the only ones I go to! If you ever need lab work done please go here! There is mo better place that will take care of you!

While the wait can be tedious, I find that to be the case no matter what lab company you go to. Here, the staff were friendly, courteous and professional. They even have a nice back waiting room for those who have to do glucose testing with several draws over a 2-3 hour period. This is a well maintained facility with good staff. I'd definitely recommended making an appointment online though.

My wife, Jody Cline, receives excellent care from this Labcorp on Care Way Drive. The staff are kind, helpful, and professional. I encourage everyone to use the Labcorp portal to make appointments for a timely experience. Jody has been going here for years with positive visits, minimal bruising, and quick bloodwork results. Thank you Labcorp for all you do to help my wife!

This Labcorp is despicable.I had an appointment booked online for 11 AM. I took my own personal paid time off to attend this appointment. After choosing the option to wait in the car and having LabCorp send me a text when a technician was ready I waited for over 40 minutes passed my appointment time. When I received a text saying a technician was ready however, the front desk lady told me to take a seat after taking my insurance information and lab orders. I then waited even longer to be seen and was in a room full of coughing old people with no masks on.Then I get called upfront by the desk lady again and she shows me a slip of paper titled “patient acknowledgment of estimated financial responsibility. “ showing I would owe over $300 out of pocket— most of which were “additional billing codes” FOR ROUTINE WORK. For things that I confirmed with my insurance BEFOREHAND and AFTER I left Labcorp upset. My insurance said LabCorp is clearly wrong and that they will need to contact them. My insurance rep gotbounced around the phone for 30 minutes and couldn’t even reach them. This is horrible service.I had to fast of course. So I end up leaving hungry, frustrated, and wasting PTO on this mess.

Very bad service,they are not trained enough how to draw blood from infants and toddlers,two of my kids go there for usual blood tests and they poke them 3 to 4 times in different places,and still don’t get the right amount of blood and called us again for more bloodwork saying that blood is not enough for test!!!! Like what???And the technician was yawning again and again and saying I’m too sleepy!!! She was not attentive at all!!!Blood work needs more attention,that you can’t do any mistakes,specially with kids and babies,but staff is too careless!!!Definitely not going into this location again.Rest in peace Labcorp…..

If I could rate a zero star i would!Waited 1 1/2 hours for blood work!Helped other elderly patients with registering on machines because staff wouldn't help. Staff was never at window unless patients started banging on it!

Allows busy but very nice staff 10 stars ? if your lucky and get ? Abigail to draw your blood. Oh my she is perfect, seemless I hate having my blood drawn and it was a 10 second thing with her Abigail your the besttttt thank you ?

The worst customer service. I had a minor issue with my service and the doctor went on “lunch” so I waited 90 min in a room waiting to complete my service. Their receptionist is the only one that helped. Don’t come here if you have other things to do.

The person at the front desk (9am Friday Aug 4) was very helpful, the other location was less busy and very dismissive (Salem church). They were also very fast here once they get to you, they just have a lot of people to see, make an appointment if you can to get priority over walk-ins

Terrible Customer Service. Can’t speak to a human and they take days to call you back. Once there (I’ve tried several LabCorp locations) they could not care less about you as a customer. This is the kind of company you love to see go out of business because of there terrible reputation with Customer Care.
