I came to the location without an appointment. Check-in was at a terminal. The steps were very easy to follow. It was busy when I arrived, so I was given the choice of staying and waiting or coming back with an appointment. I chose to wait.
I love this system, because they text you when they’re ready for you. I waited in my car and scrolled on my phone. I didn’t have to wait long. After I got the text, I went to the window to pay my copay and wait for the technician to call me back. The lady at the window was kind and professional. The wait for the technician was maybe a minute.
The technician was awesome! I didn’t even feel the needle go in. I’m overweight, so I doubt I’m an easy stick, but she got me first try with no issues. She was also very nice and professional. The whole thing with blood and urine probably took 2 minutes and I was out the door.
I’ll definitely be coming back to this location the next time I need lab work done.

I went as a walk-in. Receptionist was warm and welcoming. The phlebotomist was phenomenal. I have nothing to complain about here with my experience at this facility.

I checked in at approximately 10:00 and waited about 45 minutes before being called to provide my urine sample.
During the process, I found the behavior of the specimen collector, Kayla Onesko, to be unprofessional and disrespectful. Specifically:
Before I voided, I was told to leave my belongings in a lock box and that I could retrieve them after submitting my sample.
After handing in my sample, I asked politely if I could retrieve my belongings from the lock box. I was told, “No, you need to sign your initials first,” which came across as abrupt and lacking in courtesy. I hope she does not treat all patients this way . I’d suggest finding a different Labcorp location. The sad part is that the collector , Kayla is so young and to be disrespectful at such a young age is such a shame . She needs better training!

There was a line out the door when I showed up at 8am. I was probably 8th or 9th in line and I was out in under in hour . The girl who checked me in at the front desk was so helpful and kind helping me find me second lab requisition and with my insurance since I didn’t have my card. The phlebotomist and student were also very kind ! 10/10 would recommend this place

Unfortunately a lab order which was clearly marked as STAT was not put into the system as STAT. Due to this I am still waiting for time sensitive results. Be sure to double check with the staff to make sure the STAT order is correctly placed. However, place was very clean and the phlebotomist was wonderful!

This place is always packed, and yet ran efficiently. Never too long of a wait. The staff is friendly, and professional. This review is for this location, I have had bad experiences with other locations.

Such a bad experience (6/13/25 around 10:00). with the front staff (particularly the Caucasian women). I check in and waited in my car. Came in as soon as I got a text and it said to come in and wait for your name. I walked the twenty steps to get in and did not hear my name. Waited for 20 minutes and nothing. Went up to ask and the Caucasian woman was so rude and said she called my name even though I literally walked in right away. She definitely did not call it more than once or double check. Another patient walked up after me who apparently had the same problem and the receptionist said we should have gone up to check in even though the text said otherwise. She was not even nice or apologetic about it. The glare she gave when you walked up was also not friendly. The other receptionist helped me and was friendly. Why send a text with directions when the directions are not accurate and then have a really rude receptionist. Granted I did not have an appointment but it was a last minute had to be done right away blood test and I would have made an appointment otherwise. Just would have been nice to not have to wait as long as and been treated nicely.

Quickest and easiest blood draw I have ever gotten! My nurse was VERY quick to get three tubes of blood, and talked me through it so I didn’t pass out!

I'm dropping off urine I checked into the kiosk, I still waited another. 41 mins Just to drop off urine. CORPORATE WILL BE GETTING A CALL ? . Im handicap & walks with a cane . Horrible service at this location . They don't deserve the one star
