I arrived at Lane Bryant on June 19th, 2025. I felt blatantly ignored. There was no engagement! That's the problem. I was not once spoken to; no help offered at all. The store was not even busy. Maybe 4 others in the store. There were 3 associates, but not one customer service attendant acknowledged me or spoke to me. Racial, hmmmm sure felt like it. Everyone who received assistance was of the same race as the staff. Coincidence I think not! What kind of store are you running here? Oh, I will not be shopping at LANE BRYANT again.

I have been in several times and was always greeted warmly and asked if i needed assistance. That was a lovely experience. I came in this week and there were very rude sales associates on a particular day. I don't know if these ladies were new and didn't know how things are done there.

I LOVE MY LOCAL LANE BRYANT! These ladies are ALWAYS so welcoming and a great time! Kim is one of my favorites! I was nervous I wouldn’t find a great Lane Bryant moving to the area but I’m so grateful for this amazing team! THEE BEST! I look forward to getting something cute and a great time! I've been here maybe 4-5 times and everytime I had a great experience.
If I'm not mistaken this last time, Kim helped me choose my items.
She really put so much effort and energy in helping shoppers find the right fit and style.

sometimes customer service is outstanding and top notch.... sometimes not so much. I guess it just depends who you get. the nice lady who i assume is a manager is always great.

I have been in this store many times. I can’t figure out why I keep going back. I will stop now. The staff is incredibly rude, on a regular basis. I guess, given there are few plus size stores in Fredericksburg, they can get away with that kind of service, but I’ll take my business elsewhere. There are plenty of places that are happy to let me spend money in their store, and are actually pleasant to shop at.

I cannot say enough great things about Ovette! I thought I would give the bras at Lane Bryant a try but was unsure about sizing. Ovette gave me a fitting and directed me to some fantastic styles. I’m ready for summer tanks and tees now. Thank you, Ovette!
