The staff members are all very nice but your system cannot get my information correct. 2 years ago I moved from Richmond Fredericksburg VA but everytime I call I am told I am a Richmond client! Also too often I have received the wrong tubing when I order.

I have had great experience with lincare especially with the drivers! The drivers are absolutely wonderful they are very nice they call you before they come and they are extremely courteous when they are here!

Brian was so helpful! I called Lincare due to an issue that I could not resolve on my own. Brian was calm, polite, and so very helpful in my time of need.

Support staff completely unresponsive. I had an order for a CPAP that they took weeks to process and didn't bother no notify me when they actually had processed it. When I called them, again, to see if they had processed the order, they said that had, and offered me an appointment to get the CPAP almost another month out. Ridiculous!!! Went to another provider and got the equipment in a week. Meanwhile, waiting for Lincare, I was hospitalized for a-fib. When I tried to impress on Lincare that it was a medical necessity, they didn't give a s--t! Don't waste your time. I made that mistake because I had received awesome service from Lincare in NC. It must be THIS office in Fredericksburg.

Edit ...I did contact directly and clearly the owner doesn't even read these you just get an automatic response telling you to do what I have already done. I was told the bill was written off I asked to be sent a bill with 0 balance. Now I'm getting another flood of demands for payment for something I NEVER AGREED TO! I got a CPAP all of my paperwork had notation stating that I do not approve any care or equipment not fully covered by insurance. I returned the equipment and spoke with someone on the phone who said they wrote off the bill but I am still getting harassing letters demanding money. Bet this is why my credit score dropped last month. Come on people get it together.

They are great about bringing you oxygen!When you call and tell them your oxygen machine is hot and it’s not putting out oxygen they say “it gets warm and it should be putting out oxygen maybe you’re not feeling it!”!Then it took a week and a second call for the same thing until they send out a delivery guy!

No one answers the phone. No response. Random bills showing up with no explanation.They have a number to call after every post. Suprise no one answers.So called my insurance company after getting no response. I spoke to craig in the warehouse who assured me I would no longer be receiving auto ship.of anything and woumdnt be charged.Today smemore items show up. I bet they will attempt to bill me again. This company is the worst. They post a number for you to call but no one there can do anything.

If you don’t want details I provided, just beware of doing business with this company if you can. It has currently become a hellish experience.My husband has been with this company since 2006. What an absolute nightmare this recent encounter has been. An employee came to our house to REPOSSESS the Oxygen Concentrator he uses, and has had since 2006, WITHOUT ANY PRIOR VERBAL or WRITTEN NOTICE, or warning, including no billing invoices.We refused- he needs the oxygen, it’s not a small matter.I had been referred to, and attempting to work with, their regional billing office over the last 3 months. This was due to recent changes with his health care provider (again, no notification, and we were unaware ). Hold times avg. 40 minutes+, with no response (I had the mangers name and ext.) still multiple, repeated voicemails never returned over 8 weeks+ time period .Requested to do self pay until alternative oxygen supply could be obtained. Told by local office in Fredericksburg, VA. (with holding her name) that we could do that, requirements given for self pay, and appointment was set. I contacted (same person) the next day to mention conflict with appointment time , and was notified then that our previous account balance amount (large sum, and currently being disputed by health care entity, and they had informed us that we were not liable ) would now have to be paid first, as well as the stated $180/mo. payment to keep oxygen concentrator until alternative arrangements were made. I was then transferred from (her) to what was supposed to be her supervisor. I just wanted the name and number, and not a transfer at that time, bc feeling increasingly unwell, and emotional. This man (name also being withheld -not that he deserves it to be.)I was feeling ill, and emotional by then, and became increasingly ill during the time holding for him to pick up. I didn’t want to hang up, and miss the opportunity to connect with this contact to resolve this urgentsituation. (gives you an idea of how extremely difficult customer service is) So, I waited for (him) to answer, and told him that I couldn’t talk right now, that I was feeling very ill.He was EXTREMELY rude, hostile , and aggressive. He responded by telling me “that I didn’t have to talk- just listen!” I said no and hung up.Lincare has collected a small fortune from my husband’s medical needs since 2006, and now this. We have been stunned by these current experiences .In 2006, and again 2010 this company (local Fredericksburg office) responded to health crisis my husband experienced, compassionately, and quickly, with equipment request. Polite staff- that’s GONE!We are so stunned by this marked, steep, hellish decline.They threatened to send us to collections, and that’s fine, but you are going to have to provide a bill or invoice first.My husband needs the oxygen, and you can’t claim it without some due process.BTW Corporate office was contacted also, they have a department called “We Care” . The irony is in the name- no they don’t.

Incredibly disappointed in the customer service at this location. They failed to inform me about any issues or requirements about cpap usage and are never around to pick up a phone. Avoid if possible.

Told me my cpap was fully covered by my insurance the. I received a bill. I returned the device but they still want my money. What a bunch of crooks preying on sick people
