Visited October 2023. This is a free clinic that assists people without health insurance and who is currently on medicaid. Because I have health insurance, I can't receive treatment at this facility. Instead, I currently volunteer for the dental clinic until November 2023. I signed up for a cleaning, X-rays, & now fillings. When you volunteer, it helps the dental hygienist with training and credits to graduate from Germanna Community College.

One of the most incompetent practices I’ve ever dealt with. Facility is unable to electronically sign a death certificate in a timely manner and unable to fill it out correctly. By Virginia law the practice has 24 hours to sign and submit the certificate to to EDRS, it has now been FIVE days and has been filed incorrectly! Now we have to wait for an amendment to be filed to have it corrected, further delaying cremation services!!!

Terrible "doctor" who didnt seem to care and wanted to get me out in 5 minutes. Called me fat without even looking at me verses what the scale read. There are all kinds of factors that give the scale a number. I didn't feel comfortable with her at all.

When I was a patient at the Moss Clinic I never had any problems. The staff was always friendly and the doctors and nurses were very informative.I have been having problems with my prescription costs since January and I want to thank their social worker Miss Williams. I have been going back-and-forth with Medicare and Miss Williams has helped me more then anyone I have spoke with over there. She has gone above and beyond her job with helping me to understand and resolve my issues. Again thank you so much Miss Williams for all your time and patience with me.Staci Edeline ?
