They suck, I tried to update my shipping address because PayPal screwed it up and Loft said they couldn't do anything even though it had not shipped yet. I will never shop with them again!!! I probably won't get my order and if they don't refund me I will file a dispute with PayPal!
Update, so Loft said the only thing they could do is give the updated shipping address to UPS, guess what they still delivered it to my old address!!

This store is a hidden gem. It is not in the mall- but I actually like that because it is not overwhelming. The staff has always been consistently kind and friendly. The clothes are beautiful and great quality. I also love that they have a large clearance section when they are switching out the seasonal items. The clearance prices are pretty great. I am a teacher and they give you a discount if you show your I.D. One time, I forgot my school I.D. and the worker was so kind and let me show her my school email account and was totally ok with that. She actually didn't even ask to see it- I just wanted her to know -. I appreciate the KIND service. Customer service is what sets this beautiful store apart. Loyal customer and glad to shop here. <3

Loft is one of my favorite stores. I do wish that it was in the mall. Everyone in this location is always friendly and helpful. I have a lot of their midi skirts and sweaters and love to pair them with ankle boots. This store always has good sales and clearance which I absolutely love.

If you're 30 something and female this is the place for you. The clothing is very good quality for the price in my opinion. The service was good. You are made to feel important.

Why isn't the store located inside Spotsylvania Mall?! I personally love Loft and never go to its Fredericksburg location because it's far away from everything!

Love this store usually. Always friendly staff who greets you, starts a dressing room and goes out of the way to be helpful. At least half my wardrobe comes from here. Today, an odd experience. I was never asked if I needed help, but the woman who came in right after me was greeted (right beside me) and was even followed up with while I was ignored. Didn't feel like spending my money here today after that. But I'll try them again.
