I have never come to this location and not been disappointed. The app/online NEVER matches in store. You wander around with limited employees to help. Is only come if you aren’t looking for something specific, since it’s easy to find the general area for types of products. Otherwise order online and make them look for it or just go to Home Depot.

If you can deliver and install your own appliances. I say sure buy them here. The sales guy was great, his name was Z. He was patient with me asked a lot of questions and got my order done quickly.The delivery process is a joke, we ordered a fridge & dishwasher. The guys who delivered were rude and condescending. Worked the fridge in through our sliding doors, but the doors, which resulted in the doors being completely lopsided. Never unpacked the dishwasher, so when the installation guy came 3 days, after uninstalling our dishwasher discovered that the front of the dishwasher was severely damaged. We had to have a second fridge brought out and went a week without a dishwasher before the new one arrived and we could be set up for an install appointment.My husband worked with Donny, the delivery manager, to make all this happen, and it started out great. Donny even brought the dishwasher in his personal truck because delivery forgot it the morning they were supposed to bring it. Donny said once all is said & done he will refund us 30-40% because of the inconvenience.. my husband called a day or two after delivery and has never heard back from Donny.. he has tried calling another 2 times after the holidays, giving him the benefit of the doubt and still nothing. So again, if you can move your own appliances and hook them up- do it, we got a great Black Friday deal! Otherwise, find somewhere else.And for the record, my brother ordered appliances from the Southpoint location, which was also a delivery mess. Skip Lowe’s.

Prices are slightly high. Had to reduce it to two stars as your inventory has been declining. You can usually go to home Depot and always find what they have online in the store.

This Lowe’s had everything I was looking for. It makes it d much easier with the app because I can check for an item and it tells me which aisle to look in. The restrooms in the back were very clean and overall was a nice experience. Self check out was quick and easy and I did not have to wait in any line.

Agree with many other reviewers on store management - have spent a fortune in this store since the 1990s and although C/S answering phones is polite and tries to accommodate, can NEVER get a phone contact directly to the Store Manager. So bad there, that a current employee caused a credit hard inquiry with an unauthorized Lowe's credit application over the summer 2023. When Lowes Corporate Office was contacted about this with a serious complaint, they advised that the particular retail store would have to initiate the hard inquiry reversal, but you CAN'T get a return phone call from the Store Manager about this to get it done with a written confirmation. DO NOT TRUST THIS STORE WITH LARGE PURCHASES, at least, not out of the APPLICANCE DIVISION, unless you are prepared to have your credit standing compromised.

This seems like a poorly run, understaffed location. I shopped around for a while and couldn’t find anyone available to assist me. So, I got what I could and proceeded to the checkout. There was at least ten people in line for self checkout! There were no registers open that weren’t self checkout. There was only one employee assisting with all the self checkout registers, so it was a chaotic, frustrating and extremely slow process. Once at the register, I had to wait for minutes for the employee to verify my identification for the military discount. I got home and realized that in the chaos, I left some of the items I paid for at the register. No way I was going back for them. Maybe they were just having a bad day, but I’ll never go back to this location.
