Purchased a mattress here working with Shaun. Very knowledgeable and we got this done probably faster than shopping online and without the mystery of “is it the right mattress”The review here is 5 stars because we hit a small snag on the delivery and Shawn made it right fast. You just don’t see this kind of professionalism anymore and it’s clear why the reviews at this location are so high. The staff is TOPS.HIGHLY RECOMMEND.Thank you Shaun!

Moe was exceptional. He wasn't pushy nor did he try to convince us to buy a more expensive mattress set. Moe and Shaun even moved a mattress we were interested in to one of the Tempur Ergo frames so we could experience it. Would definitely recommend going here. The customer service was excellent and prices were comparable, if not less, than competitors.

Tiffany was excellent from the time we walked in the door until we completed our sale. Her shirt said “Mattress Expert,” and she definitely lived up to that title. She is very knowledgeable of the products she represents and gave us the opportunity to explore the many choices. I shopped around and she is definitely the best mattress expert in town..

My partner and I haven’t personally bought a new mattress in years but wanted to feel good about making an informed choice on such an investment- & we are SOO happy to have found Leonard at this location!! We originally went to another Mattress Firm in the area and had a terrible experience, we were honestly dreading having to go back again. But thankfully we decided to try a different Mattress Firm and found Leonard - who was incredibly hospitable, friendly, & informative without being pushy at all- even really patient that we had our two boys with us through the process! We immediately had a totally different experience- can even say we ENJOYED the process of trying our beds, especially with Leonard’s helpful expertise & understanding our needs (budget, type of sleepers, etc). Didn’t even know you could have such a feel good experience while mattress shopping & left with a one we felt excited about in form, function, & financing- thanks so much, Leonard!! His customer service was genuine and I hope more can learn from him!Delivery was fast & efficient, they even took our old box spring & set up our new frame for us.Really happy with our mattress & the warranty has already proven itself worthwhile! Cheers to years of amazing of sleeping well!
