They are very caring and go out of their way to make the experience the best possible. The young lady that drew my blood was truly the best. “My 3 day old had to come here to get her bilirubin checked and I was dreading it. I went through this with my first daughter and every time we had to get blood it was heart wrenching. When I tell you this was the best possible experience I could have hoped for, they let my husband wait in the car with the baby till they were ready. They let me put the heat pack on her foot while in the car, the technician was so understanding and caring she is the only person that actually let me hold my baby while she took the blood and my baby slept through the whole thing!!!! The technician unfortunately os usually at a different location in stafford on Garrisonville st but I would still recommend this location to anyone for their pediatric needs! The technicians name was Qual. She even wrapped the foot instead of a bandaid or tape which will make it so much less stressful for the baby when I remove it later.”

“This is a great place to get lab testing done. They are always friendly and welcoming. They answer all questions in a respectful manner. I drive out of my way to come here because I know they will take great care of me especially Keisha! She is the best. She does what she needs to do quickly, efficiently, and makes sure I am always comfortable and explains what she is going to do before she does it. No matter how far the drive I’ll keep coming back especially to get bloodwork done by Keisha.”
