“I had such an amazing experience at this location in Fredericksburg, VA. The owner (my apologies, I forgot her name) was a sweetheart, very kind, pleasant & professional ~ she even talked to me & held my hand while I was getting blood drawn. Yes, I am an adult but not a good patient ~ especially with needles🤭. I had several tests to take; she figured it out to get them all combined & saved me out of pocket money. I was so grateful! The phlebotomist, she was gentle, caring & understanding. I left knowing, this will be my “Go To” location! Thanks again ladies! Oh, also she said I would probably receive the results on Thursday. I went on a Saturday & received results that Monday. Fantastic timing! 🙌🏾”

“Everyone is extremely kind patient and helpful especially when it comes to paperwork. As others have said. Make an appt ahead of time. When you do it that way, you'll get a notification for early check in so you're not standing waiting for a kiosk. You can also wait in the car and will text a msg to come inside. Lots of benefits with online appt sign-up. My 4 stars was with one woman at the front that was completely the opposite of the others. Compassion and understanding isn't her strong suit.”

“This was my first time here for bloodwork in preparation for a biopsy. The lady noticed me early, before my scheduled appointment. Audrey assisted me; she's very kind. She drew my blood with care and efficiency. This location is very convenient for those who work Monday to Friday. I would recommend it to anyone needing blood work. Thanks to Audrey and the other woman who brought me in early. Your service is truly outstanding 🥰”

“I came in for a quick blood draw at the end of the day and was the only one there, so it was a very quick process. I have had a seizure before from a drop in blood pressure after a blood draw, so I was nervous, but the phlebotomist (who was also working the front desk) reassured me and asked me questions while doing the draw such as if I have pets. She advised me to chew gum if I had some (which I did) and gave me an alcohol wipe to smell as that can help. She told me to take my time. In the end, I walked out with no problems. LabCorp in general is pretty easy to schedule appointments with and receive results from, and this location is open on weekends.”

“Highly recommend this location! Based on reviews I read I was nervous and went in with very low expectations. I was blown away in a good way. My wait time was almost nonexistent. Check in was very simple, the tech at the counter was super welcoming and friendly. I had my toddler with me and had braced myself for push back or negativity, instead I was met with cheerful greetings and everyone we encountered talked to him and was very sweet. The same person who checked me in took my sample and she was very efficient! I have tricky veins sometimes and have had multiple bad experiences in the past. She got me on the first stick which was not painful (sometimes when they miss they begin “digging around” in my arm…). She got lots of tubes very fast. I never look at what they’re doing so I was shocked at how much she had retrieved in just a few seconds. If I need to return to a Labcorp in the future I will definitely be going here!!”
