My mom fell and broke her leg in three places and it was going to be extremely difficult to get her around with crutches or even a walker seat. And they came through the same day it was amazing I called that morning made a trip from Charlottesville and got the wheelchair same day. “I was having problems with my CPAP machine. My daughter who is a nurse recommended that I take my machine to this place to get it looked at. When I pulled up there, a kind gentleman had held the door for me as I am handicapped and waited for me to come in. Come to find out the man that held the door for me His name was Larry who is the owner of Comfort Medical Supply. This man did not know me from Adam but was very kind. I gave my CPAP machine to Larry to look at it after about 10 minutes he came out and said to me I think I found your problem. He showed me the one filter inside of the machine that is replaceable was clogged. I was all prepared to buy a new machine, but he was honest and told me that was all that was wrong. I ended up buying a couple of filters and my machine is working perfectly. He even went so far as to check all my settings on my machine because I had my prescription with me to make sure that they were right. Now that's customer service. “I stopped by Comfort Medical Supply to purchase an abdominal binder, as I was traveling and needed a new device. The Staff was extremely helpful and the store was very well stocked and organized with a vast array of medical supplies and equipment. It is conveniently located on Route 3 West in Central Park and is easily accessed from Interstate 95. The store is easy to access and there is plenty of parking, I was in and out in about 10 minutes and back on the highway to continue my travels.”

“Waited a little while to give my review, but now I feel comfortable saying you should 100% use this company. Deliveries are always on time, and they are very military friendly. They send me complementary wipes every other month and it's always enough wipes to last me till my next shipment. I've dealt with 3 other companies in this industry and none of them were as well-versed at dealing with Tricare and echo as this company. The owners are great people and they made this process super easy.
