Good place for buying things for diy projects

Prices have changed in favor of Michaels. No staff readily available to assist. Handicap parking not too accommodating. Had to cross over from parking lot to access store. There was no crosswalk to help handicap cross the street. Store ambiance was blatant, my daughter said it was like walking into a Sears. Something changed in the recent past

I love Michael's, but I always seem to hit them while they're restocking or changing things up. So I always go in with some empty shelves. That's the only reason why I took off a star. This store does a good job though of keeping things clean, the staff are polite and friendly. I wouldn't cry if the prices came down a bit. ;) But I always seem to find what I need and then some.

The store is clean and organized. Not much staff around but they have price check stations. The sales and coupons are the only way to go. Checkout easy with several self check outs.

Average arts and craft store, I just wish someone had greeted us when we walked in and during the check out the cashier was super quiet. I want to ask mgnt to please work on customer service with the staff

Michaels is my good to place for arts and crafts, tshirts, and other items needed for my business. They normally have everything but I have noticed since covid there supplies are slightly down. Also they don't have as much staff if you need help. I find myself going to their website to find the aisle for the items I'm seeking. The prices are reasonable and the staff is friendly. When checking out you have the option to self checkout or the staff can check you out.
Overall, I prefer Michaels over other craft stores in the area.

The frames manager is so kind and did an amazing job helping me find the perfect frame for a photo of my late grandfather!!!

I was looking for frames for some canvases, and I had been to another store that had the right color, but they were in terrible condition they only had 2 and were charging $48 each for them. Michael's had plenty in good condition, at a great price, but not in the color I want. No worries, I am going to paint them.
