I love Micky’s!! Every time I’ve gone in, they are always smiling and happily greet me. They’re always so understanding and accommodating. While I’ve been there several times now, I have to give them a huge thank you and shout out today! I’m less than a month post-op from having a spinal fusion and they were so accommodating and helpful today as I got my nails done, assisting me in and out of chairs with all of my stuff and being phenomenally patient. I have gone to a few places in the area and Micky’s is by far the best! Not only for their quality of service, but their customer service is remarkable!

Totally scammed, requested basic pedicure was given a higher priced one and with the language barrier paid 3 times the expected price. Pointed to the correct one, and repeated myself 3 times during the process and was charged $125 more than was originally asked.

Love this salon! Mina and Tom are great at what they do, they work quickly, yet perfect results. They are usually able to squeeze me in whenever I need a fresh look. The prices are very reasonable. They are definitely my "home" salon. Really quality work happens here, not a big chop shop salon like others around here!
Requested style: French, acrylic tips, dip, Ombré, all nail shapes

Bad service. Took 1.5 hours. Quoted $43 but charged $55. Man quoted me while woman charged me. They didn't tell me nobody was there to do nails when they seated me and put my hands in water while I waited for her to show up for work. No stars.

I always get my nails done here. They are excellent. I even told my mom about them, and now she doesn't go anywhere else but here. They owner and staff are so nice and my nails always look great.

Never coming back to this nail salon. Came in on a not so busy day a few weeks ago for a pedicure. I had a male nail tech. My first complaint is due to the fact that I specifically asked this man not to scrub the middle of my foot and he looked at me with a smile and did it anyway. That’s why he wasn’t tipped trying to be funny. My biggest complaint is due to the fact that my gel polish was not properly cured causing water to get under which resulted in me getting a nail fungus on both of my big toes! Have never had that happen before and I’ve learned my lesson. Will avoid this nail salon like the plague in the future.

A couple months ago for coming to this nail salon the owner did me wrong for the amount of money you pay her . She went to Manasass, Va to get supplies so a customer of her came at 10 am she wasn’t there had an appointment at 4 I got there at 4 pm she said would start my nails by that time she was almost finished my nail the lady whom was 30 minutes late came in and said she need to be out there 5 the owner told me to go seat at the pedicure bowl and wait for her husband which took him 30 minutes to get to the salon , so now she won’t take me again because of her mistake and her appointment was 30 minutes late told me because the customer was a long time client these nails salon needs to put a time limit on appointment then when you have dedicated customer like me come in for a walk in the respect we need for all the money we spent . So sad that people are so rude and don’t have boundaries for late appointments and stop in the middle of doing someone else nails and to have to wait 30 minutes so her husband can do your pedicure very unprofessional
