I took my Honda Fit in for its 100,000 mile maintenance checkup. They did everything according to Honda recommendations and even more. All procedures were clearly explained. This is my favorite local mechanic shop.

This is my first time taking a vehicle here. It was recommended by the dealership I bought my car from. I am very impressed by the level of care and professionalism. It was even the first day for the young lady who checked us in but I would have known any different. She was confident and knowledgeable. Her manager was very helpful and her willingness to help was above and beyond.

Super quick and friendly service!
I came in on a Saturday needing a quick fix, and Manny the mechanic got me taken care of fast! The inside staff is so friendly and the prices are great! I’ll definitely be back for regular maintenance.

So thankful for Midas coming to the rescue. We had an engine issue while traveling to see family and they were able to get the parts ordered and work complete, with amazing prices, so we could make our trip for Thanksgiving. thank you!

If great & reliable service is important to you, this is your place. If you care about someone going above, beyond, and out of their way to ensure you have the best experience possible, then this is where you’re going to want to go from now on. If ensuring you are getting reasonable & fair prices, without worrying someone is hustling you, go out of your way to come here. Bobby & Bree work at this location, and I am telling you right now, the way they accomdated & helped me is extremely unusual. It’s hard finding people who care just about us (the customer) as much as they do about the company they work for. Their work ethic is as high as ever, along with their integrity, and its a rarity. I cannot stress enough, that if you are even reading, leave the place you normally go and come here. I have never felt more understood and had my car taken care of so well. Not to mention they allowed me to park it there without charging me for almost a week, and Bobby offered to bring me home every single time. It’s just insanity!!! Cannot thank these employees enough. The guy who did my inspect was awesome too, but I cannot remember his name? Maybe like a J, Joe, ?? Wish I could, but this whole location is just awesome. Thanks guys (I wrote a detailed review before, months ago, and somehow it never posted)

I've taken my car here multiple times, and the service is outstanding. Everyone I've interacted with in the shop is super professional and about their business. It also helps that they're fair with pricing and you don't feel like they're taking advantage of you. Definitely will be coming here for any future service needs.

I recently visited Midas for a brake pad replacement and an oil change, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and professional. They took the time to explain the process to me and made sure I was comfortable with the services being provided.
The work was done efficiently, and I really appreciated how they kept me updated throughout. My car is running smoothly, and I feel confident in the quality of the work they did. It’s rare to find such trustworthy and reliable service. I’ll definitely be returning for future car maintenance needs. Highly recommend!

I am very grateful to the Midas group here in Fredericksburg. I took my Jeep Compass in because the steering column felt a little out of alignment and these guys did an excellent job. Before, my car was making noise when turning but they fixed that too.
The guy in the office was very kind and friendly to me. If you see this, thank you very much again.

Bobby and his team are absolutely wonderful. I was in a bad situation and they could’ve really raked me over the coals, but they were honest with what I needed and did not take advantage of me or the situation!!

This is a wonderful place to go if you need to service your car. They have excellent customer service. I went in to get my car inspected found out I needed Brakes and brake pads. Did not have the money to get it done at that time. They referred me to this credit program that they offer, didn’t think I would be approved because of my credit, but I applied, within 10 minutes or less they approved me. Technician did a wonderful job and I also have credit to come back for more service if needed. I would recommend anyone to this location 😊
