Who writes reviews about Walmart? I do! Walmart, by offering rock-bottom prices, keeps the other guys honest. When local home improvement stores offer a "sale" on hardwood mulch, I go to Walmart's website and see if it's really worth making a special trip. When a local grocery store that I grew up with claims to be offering quality at good prices, Walmart gives me an idea how much more the other guy is charging, possibly to be able to pay its employees a higher hourly wage. Okay, if that's true, I can see that I can't have it both ways, have rock-bottom prices and support retail workers. I don't have the answer. Nobody forces us to buy from or work at one store or the other. Sometimes, I see people write to complain about the quality of an occasional produce item at Walmart. Quite often, I see people complain about Giant's prices. In the past, and especially during the pandemic, both Walmart and Giant came through for me and my wife. We did lots of curbside pickups and commando-style grocery shopping missions. I appreciate both stores and if either one were to disappear tomorrow, as happened to many stores during the pandemic, life just wouldn't be the same. Thank you, Walmart and Giant Food.

I tried to make an online order. When I went back to add in items, it created a 2nd order instead of adding to the first. I called and asked if I could pick both up at 2 since it was supposed to be one order, pick up was still 2+ hours away and pick up times were 1-2 for 1st order, 2-3 for 2nd order. Manager said that was impossible. One would think a 2 pm pick up would be a smart alternative to losing a $300 order. This service messes up my orders about 1/2 the time. Won't be using them again.

Just the typical "go to" Walmart for many things needed in and around the house. Nice thing is their selection of bad, hi-calory/carb, but tasty foods! Especially their frozen section, loaded with pizzas, ice cream novelties, potatoes, etc. And they have nearly every chip and bread imaginable. So, like the I said, tons of unhealthy eats here! But, also some decent stuff to find. Fresh veggies are good one week and poor the next, so more consistency (prefer better) in this section would be nice! Meats are over priced and many steak cuts are too thin, but occasionally you can find something decent. Overall, it's close and that's why we go.

I like this store but I don't think I will order items for in-store pickup again. There are not any instruction on where to go to pick up the items I was told to go to the kios, which was not correct, then I went to the cutomer service center, one item was there then I was told the other item was in the back. I waited for 20 minutes then got back in line and asked how much longer and the lady contacted the back of the store and I waited another 5 minutes. This is to long of a wait when it should be a simple process.

I needed to know about the medicine that was ordered for me because the issue was fungus related now and not bacteria like in the past. The pharmacist spent the time to explain what the medicine will do and that it was not the same as the past medicine. That, in and of itself, provided relief because the ear is special kind of pain! I used the drive-thru at Village Parkway in Stafford, VA and the transaction literally took just 5 minutes. The pharmacy tech was cheerful and polite. Overall, a very good experience.

I have never had a issue here and really enjoy the pick up service. The folks that I have dealt with have always been nice and eager to help. Did I say I really like the pick up service? That has been a life saver since COVID hit. The drive up pharmacy service can be a little slow but I know they must be swamped on any given day. The techs always express their empathy for my wait time but it has not really been a issue for me. Thanks! Keep up the good work!!

Waited 1 hour for groceries from the pick up. People are well trained with the technology used with the Walmart Pickup. Employees are ill trained and I'll prepared.

I ordered several platters from the deli and one of the supervisors, Fabricio, was extremely helpful in getting us exactly what we needed. Will definitely order again.

This is probably the cleanest well-run Walmart in the Fredericksburg area. It is pretty easy to get in and out of (unlike Central Park) and is the least cluttered (unlike rt 3 and aquia). It is a Walmart though so it does have its pitfalls. Things don't always ring up the price listed on the shelf, and somethings are of rather low quality (meat and produce). But when you gotta go to a Walmart, this is the best around.

The cashier is rude and has no clue what it takes to do the job...one lane open at 10:54...thanks wal mart for having 4 floating managers and no cashier. Get to understand business....open a lane when it's busy...glad to see tons of people stocking shelf's while I decided not to come back and go to giant or royal farms. #pissedoffcustomer I live right behind wal mart...after 5 years I'm done with u
