Very frustrated with the service here. I took my car in on a Saturday and had an appointment. The team called me and let me know my car would be done in the next 20 minutes. I got there about 30 minutes later and they told me laughingly that the guy working on my car was new and didn’t realize it was gonna take another hour and a half, I had already had my ride drop me off so I was a little frustrated. I then got my car and left and about two/three hours later. I got a call saying they forgot to put my lug nut covers back on. I said I was a little frustrated because I live an hour away so I would have to drive two hours. I asked if they could provide maybe a 10-15$ discount for the inconvenience and they said no. I asked for the managers card from the store associate when I got there and he turned away and gave it to me with an attitude. I apologize for having to ask for the card, but I felt that the manager manager should know about this. I have tried to contact the manager for the last few days and they informed me there was no way to leave a voicemail for him.

We've been taking 3 of our cars here for 9 years. I'm not sure what happened but since all of the familiar faces left, things have gone into the dump. They don't call to let you know the diagnosis of your car and when your car is ready. How someone could let the level of professionalism drop to where it is without making changes is beyond me. It's sad to say, but we'll be going elsewhere.

I give them credit for doing suspension and alignments while selling tires. However, they’re a flat rate shop. If the labor estimator states 3 hours. They will charge you for 3, even if it takes them one. They charge the same rate as a tech that works on million dollar machines ( no joke, personal experience). The exception is, when we provide an estimate, it is just that. We bill for actual time, and don’t have such a lack of respect for our customers to gouge them and take advantage of them. They feel entitled to your business. There is NO reason why a shop should charge 3 hours for what can be done in a driveway with hand tool in an hour and a half. I do not recommend any shop who could bill a customer for twice the time actually spent. At $180 per hour that is insane. Their techs should be making over 100k a year if they can get through days charging for far more time than spent. I don’t know of another business that can get away with that racket. Avoid shops with lack of ethics as this one.

Charged 63 for a tire patch, way to much when discount tire will do them for free. I expected to pay something, but not this much.

Had a wheel alignment completed, was able to leave within an hour. Would highly recommend. Cost was 129.99
