Navy federal and its employees always provide exceptional service. This is a great credit union to do business with. They offer a lot of products and have awesome annual percentage rates. I have been with Navy Federal for about 8 or 9 years now. And I would not bank with any other credit union.

Would not consider banking with anyone but Navy Fed. Their staff are friendly and very knowledgeable!

This is not a review of this specific location but rather their on line banking.NFCU's online banking is the worst I've ever encountered. You can't transfer funds on-line from your NFCU savings accounts to external linked accounts. I guess the link is established only to send money to NFCU. Go figure! I closed my accounts.

I have been a member of NFCU since 1987, and it was a good credit union. Then they opened up to everyone for more fees and bank deposit. NFCU is horrible!!! Their customer service has gone down the drain!!!! Their new hires are poorly trained. After 35 years I am going to find another credit union.

It's very hard to trust this branch because of the woman you have sitting at the welcome desk. I believe her name is careesa (red hair). She used to work at the enterprise on rt 1, she is a liar and manipulative. I never met her prior to enterprise and she was just nasty to us like we did something to her. I had to ask for a manager and she lied and said she was the manager. The funny part is I actually know the manager ! When I came into this navy federal branch I was going to turn right around until I seen someone else walking to greet me which was a blessing because I did not want to talk to that woman at all. Having someone like that be the first person you see as you enter this business is not a good look at all.

On HoldReading the emails of the day Miss Jo. is anxiously waiting for the on hold music to stop and real person come on the line. A simple task has turned into a mantra. Trying to keep and look busy in front of the client and still not look irritated. Battling a cold that was thankfully not Covid from a recent test, still put her customer service skills to task. This was the second day of this service for this customer. They had come at the request of the credit union's security department the day before to close their accounts. But time ran out and had to be resumed the next day. The customer was a victim of a scam but policy is to terminate all accounts of customer involved. Miss Jo was trying to help the customer who was patiently waiting on hold for the security department to release their hold ln the account. Once the account was released it was a simple procedure to close the account and conclude business. The hold up is the security department being understaffed. It's my observation that Miss Jo be recognized for excellent customer service skills and demeanor with the credit union members at this branch. Fortunately and unfortunately was the one going through this sad event of being scammed. Something that is happening much to often today. In conclusion, although a request to close the account. It is still recommend Navy Federal Credit Union to any who needs a financial institution. The staff has been excellent at every branch visited.

If I could give this place negative stars I would.. if you are ever the victim of identity theft and have unauthorized charges on your account don’t expect to get your money returned in a timely manner if ever. They will keep you in a seemingly endless “investigation “ because “they don’t want this to ever happen to you again”. You are better off contacting the vendors directly. Navy federal are worse than the original crooks. Personally I’ve realized it’s not worth the aggravation of dealing with a dishonest institution. I’m better off canceling my direct deposits and using a different bank. Hope this helps someone

Each staff member went above and beyond for my daughter and I. We opened her 1st bank account and they helped us roll the coins and set up the account! Thank you so much Joanne, Clare and the young lady at the front whose name I didn't get a chance to get. The help was much appreciated

Wow! So impressed by this office and their COVID - 19 procedures. Also by the service I received from JT here on 3/1/21. He was proficient and diligent in explaining the benefits to membership. What an awesome branch!

I don't know how the function of a brick and mortar location operates so much differently than initiating services online, but it's been one of the negatives of handling business with Navy Federal. I accompanied my son to open an account and he was able to use an out-of-state license for identification with absolutely no problems...everything was handled promptly, on the spot. However, I sent my daughter a referral for her to apply online and she experienced so many issues with validating her identity, although she produced commonly requested documents used to verify identity and residence. Even visiting the branch did nothing to resolve the issue. How are the rules so relaxed in one aspect, but so stringent in another...for the same type of transaction??

We have been members at this location for two years now and have had no issues. Service has always been exceptional and everyone has been attentive and super friendly. We don’t have issue with any deposits unless of course like any other institution it’s drawn out of state and for a considerable amount which would cause a five day standard hold.

Deposits are unbelievably delayed in getting to your account. Deposited a check on Friday before 5 and was told I would not have access to it until the following WEDNESDAY. None of my other bank accounts take longer than 2 days at the most.
