Employees are very nice. Prices are ok. Just have to shop around, sometimes their sale prices are the same as others regular price. Having things shipped to the store can be a hassle sometimes as it takes longer then quoted or the store doesn’t call once it’s in. They do have a good selection of products.

The lady that works the phones was very rude and disrespectful. She has no idea what they have nor what she’s talking about. She was calling e-track bars E-track rails. I kept explaining to her for 10 mins. Then she cussed me out. And proceeded to raise her voice then clicked the phone on me.
