My primary complaint (reason for not giving 5 stars) is that the prices are absurd for the portion size. The food was tasty and promptly prepared as ordered. The dining area was fairly dirty, and we had to clean off our own table unfortunateloy.

Only wanted a bag of chips. If the bags were not so small, 1 bag would have been sufficient, but got 2 bags. Bags barely have 10 whole chips in them. Why does that small bag of chips cost over $1???

I hate the kiosks. Prices seem to have gone up with inflation but there's fewer people working there and you order now from a box. It used to be that when you went to Panera you had a human interaction not So Much

Bathrooms were clean, I tend to believe that if what we can see is clean...then wait we can't see, ie. The kitchen is as well...lunch was yummy!

Panera is a dependable national chain. I really appreciate that they ask about food allergies. They accommodate my dairy allergy by labeling and packaging my food to avoid cross contamination. My only complaint would be the $3 ice tea.Dietary restrictions: Allergy to the two proteins in cow’s milk.

Went to drive thru at 7 pm Thursday. Service took so long. At least 20 mins to get a salad and soup. They only had apples for sides.

Food and beverage quality is typical of almost every Panera. I’ve struggled with this specific Panera frequently bring out of their bakery products. They rarely have any bakery products in stock anytime other than first thing in the mornings and that’s even a big stretch because whatever they order from their delivery service is never sufficient to meet the demands, and they do not update quantity in the mobile order database so trying to order ahead is futile. Also if I’ve ordered ahead and paid in advance, usually they will issues partial refund, but they never refund for everything that’s missing from my original order based on what’s given in my bag vs what I ordered. They almost always forget something in my order, then claim to be out of it. Usually if they are out , they will tell me upon arrival, then get a manager to refund. The manager confirms what’s to be refunded, and requires my cc , even if I’ve ordered using Apple Pay or google pay, so I always have to remember to hand my card on hand if I order from Panera online or via app.I rarely have this amount of problems from other Panera stores. Mainly at this specific one. This is supposed to be a “bread company” (it’s even in their title!) yet they are almost always out of almost all bakery/bread products, most of the time.

Dealing with your "new" staff is beyond frustrating! They should be informed that online orders are prepaid. It's ridiculous that when picking up a simple order like a loaf of bread, they question how many slices you want and hint at paying again. I understand how hard it is to train at a new job and all the other experiences that comes with it. The new trainee acts like the store manager, thinking she knows it all and displays an unnecessary level of attitude of rudeness. It's annoying, especially when you're a regular customer who's already paid online. This trainee needs a reality check and some serious humbling

It was harder than I thought to find food I could eat. I have allergies and tried to talk to the girl at the cash register about the food, she did not know what was in the food. It took way too long to order. It was louder than I likeDietary restrictions: Said previously

I've been to Panera Bread several times, and I'm always impressed by the excellent food and service. The menu has a wide variety of options to choose from, including sandwiches, soups, salads, and baked goods. I've tried several different items on the menu, and I've never been disappointed. The food is always fresh and delicious. I especially enjoy the salads, which are made with seasonal ingredients and have a variety of dressing options. The baked goods are also excellent, and I always make sure to get a pastry or cookie to go.In addition to the great food, Panera Bread also has excellent service. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and they're always happy to make recommendations. They also go out of their way to make sure that you have a good dining experience. The only downside to Panera Bread is that parking can be a challenge sometimes. However, there are always plenty of tables available for dining in.Overall, I highly recommend Panera Bread to anyone looking for a delicious and convenient meal. The food is always excellent, the service is great, and there are plenty of options to choose from.
