The groomers listened to my concerns and treated my dog well. He can be a bite of a challenge and they handled him well.

My dog had never been to a groomer - only had mobile experience. I was told by the groomer at Petco if she had any problems she would stop and call me. Instead my dog was hacked - explanation was my dog would not be still. Somehow my dog was still enough to buff his nails. The hair on his paws is so short you can see his nails. His face was shaved not trimmed. This was a fluff ball - a Morkie half Yorkie half Maltese that now has the face of a poodle.
I am very disappointed and if my dog was that problematic I should have been given the opportunity to come get him before this hack job was done.

I can trim my dog’s nails myself but frankly it’s a pain and takes longer than I’d like. I never have a problem getting an appointment that’s convenient to stop in for the all of 10 minutes it takes to do his nails. My dog loves the people there (if we are just shopping and he sees a groomer, he gets all wiggly and happy and has to say hi!) and they do a great job so we go monthly.

I have been taking my pets here for the last 7 years. Over the years the service has gone down hill and their prices have gone through the room. The last draw was this last visit which we scheduled in advance over the phone for our two little dogs. When we got there they said they would not groom our one little dog because of a heart murmur which they knew about and could have told us over the phone. The little yorkie they gave the worst haircut she has had in 7 years and charged $104.00 for a 5 pound yorkie. We will never be back!!!!i would give less than one star if i could.

We love bringing Duke in for his grooming with Aaron! Duke always looks great and seems very happy to come. Aaron is great with Duke, and the entire experience is a happy one. The rest of the staff are super nice, too. Thanks to everyone!

Horrible shaved my doodle. Said matted. Nor so. Maybe in spots. He looks awful. Refunded money. Will never shop there again and will tell everyone of my experience.

On the website, it said the cost for a dog the size of ours would be $72. When I checked her in, the only extra service I agreed to was the nail clipping for $12. Our total should have been $84. It somehow came out to $110. The cashier kept the itemized page, so I didn't even know what the extra costs were for. I do know that I did NOT agree to any extra services, except the nails. This was uncalled for and unfair and we will NOT be bringing Maggie back. I did not expect to be ripped off by Petco!

Trish is always very patient with Dakota. She's the only one that has been able to cut all four of her nails. Thank goodness for her

Everyone was super nice. They took great care of my dog. Only problem was this is the second time my dog has come home with random patches of hair way shorter than the rest. I tried giving them a second chance but I don’t think I’ll be taking my dog back.
