Not a single employee to help after 20 mins waiting. The guy who appeared to have been working in the fish department walked off right when we arrived. Thanks for sending our business elsewhere Petco

We go to the grooming here and Maggie grooms our little dogs. The prices have gone up around 30 dollars since a year ago. It cost around 80 dollars to groom each, but Maggie does a excellent job and we trust her with our dogs. We have been coming to Maggie for a years. As for her grooming we give that 5 stars.

if i could give 0 i would. some of the rudest workers i have ever came across in my life. older white woman with orange hair and a younger white man with brown short hair. the way they treat people for asking a question or needing insight is insane. you work at petco. humble yourselves man. were there to give the store you work for money, you're just as regular as your customers. i will never shop at this location again. again, you work at petco at your old ass age, trying to rudely educate people on shit we already know. let that sink and do better

I will not shop I'm those store in the future. I returned a dead fish and was told no proof of sale no return. I told th I paid by credit card but they can't check the card. I buy fish, food, dog food and fish filters every monthno longer. This is not a buyer friendly store

Very poor experience! My husband took our daughter to get a goldfish. We have a 14 gallon tank, filtered, cleaned and conditioned regularly. We had 3 small goldfish for a long time and one recently died after the power outage. Tried to purchase a new one and the sales associate REFUSED to sell him a 30¢ goldfish. She said it our tank was too small (!!??!!) and it would be cruel and stressful to add another fish to the tank. Hubby said to her it was "just a goldfish, it'll be fine" and she said "I'm appalled that you would speak that way about it, that's why you shouldn't have any." Hubby said he was "appalled that you would treat a customer like this." When he asked if she would sell it to him to feed to another fish, she acknowledged she would. But yet she still refused to sell him one for my daughter. She insisted he leave the store. Mind you, their tanks have like 50 fish in them. He asked for a manager who also refused and asked him to leave the store. In front of our 7 year old daughter. That's fine. We won't give them another cent. Ever. And neither should you.

A Mr. Kyle (Cashier) was extremely rude to me and showed a lack of respect for customers. I just pointed out a simple issue that needed to be cleaned up and his response was he had materials ready for me to do it instead of him. He then proceeded to argue with me back-and-forth on how he doesn't want to clean or do anything related to his job. Overall a terrible experience at this business and location.
