I am a volunteer who checks in on our rescue cats in the adoption area. The pet care crew at this store is top notch. They are very helpful when I show up and clearly care about the cats. They update me on any behavioral, emotional, or health issues the've observed. I often see them snuggling and sweet talking while feeding and cleaning cages. So please be patient with the employees. They are there for the same reason you are. They love animals.

Nice and clean with all your pet needs. I was able to find some very good deals at this location, in some cases cheaper than Walmart! My cat loves all the things I bought her! Thank you I will be back

Great staff at this location! This is not my usual store and they didn’t have the dog chews I normally get, so I decided to ask an associate what her recommendation would be for a long lasting chew for powerful chewers. She gave me her honest opinion based on what her experiences were and then asked over the mic for more recommendations. You don’t see people like that much anymore. Everyone has to act like they know it all or they just don’t care, but that is not the case at all here. Both of my dogs loved the chews I purchased based off of their recommendation so thank you ladies!
