Walked in the store for crickets, but no one was to be found. Found a young girl working the shelves and politely asked if I could get some crickets. She said she would have to call someone to the front, I said OK. I waited for a long time no one showed. Only to find the same girl (with makeup designs on her face) talking with another employee both talking about unrelated work stuff and not helping no one while literally doing nothing. I ended up walking out without crickets or good customer service! I'll shop elsewhere for my animal's needs.

Good pet store. They carried my specialty brand dietary dog food. Friendly cashiers that hooked me up with member offers at register. Wish they sold spill-proof dog bowls though. Great selection of dog toys and treats

I let this Petsmart location especially the curbside pickup. The staff is friendly and helpful. They are always greeting people when they come in. Pet salon area staff are great and caring for your pet. Everything seems to be well stocked.

We adopted our first kitten at the Falmouth Petsmart! At 11 weeks he came, litter box trained, vaccinated, microchipped, and very friendly. Along with this we were able to get all the materials we needed. Staff was super helpful and patient with us. A representative ( Mary Ann and Catherine) from PALS contacted us and made the whole process so smooth. Thanks everyone our new family member is loving his new home. ??
