Don't deposit in the ATM, it jams and won't give your money back. When you ask inside about the problem, they said they don't own the ATM.

First issue I have is when I went to withdraw cash WELL UNDER the IRS reporting of 10k I was asked 21 questions on what I was using the money for which is none of their business. Second issue is I went in to this location to have a cashier check re-issued because the original was lost and the teller absolutely would not help me because I didn’t have my receipt. I had just came from the Central Park PNC who told me it could be done but it takes up to 48 business hours and you have to go to the branch that issued it to you. Long story short is I had to call the 800 number and they took care of it for me and I went back to the Central Park location to re-issue it for me. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! I have never had such poor customer service with a bank before.

Skye is the BESTA true customer service phenomenonI just wanted to share my experience I lost my debit card right before I needed to pay for a rental car for a vacation I had booked.I was a customer of capital One’s and have been for years but when I ran into this issue they could’ve cared less that I was about to be out of a vacation an expensive one at that.To make a long story short I was really upset and nobody was willing to help me capital one the only way you can get another bank card which you absolutely need to have a rental car is to wait for it to come in the mail.So I called around bank seeing what my options were and PNC can print a debit card for you so I went right in and I didn’t have anything organized I could only imagine what it was like trying to help me and I was with my 2 year old.It’s just hard right now with the pandemic to find people that are still trying to take customer service serious without using the mask and social distancing as an excuse to have a bad attitude.I hope everyone calls in to schedule an appointment here everyone was so helpful. A special thanks to Skye for helping me and my daughter I’m very thankful.
