I met with Azreen with a couple of my clients to set up an account. Being that this was a rep payee account, it was a little time consuming. However, Azreen was completely professional and friendly the entire time. She was amazing and would recommend to anyone.

Linda is amazing. I had so many issues trying to get online banking. She was so kind, patient and understanding of our frustration. She is a great asset to PNC, she is the only reason I did not close my account down.

Very disappointed. Met with Farzana and received little help. She gave me her card and said to email if I had any questions. 2 weeks and 3 emails later and still no response.

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I arrived at PNC bank in Central Park today at 2pm. I saw the check in sign stating you could text. I checked in via text. The text said I was next in line. I waited in my car for a text for an hour. Luckily I had my work laptop on me so that passed the time. I went inside around 3:12 because I had never received a text. I waited until 3:20. There were 3 bankers on staff only one greeted me; however, no one assisted. There were 2 other bankers on staff that were available. The only banker that greeted me was the banker that was already assisting another customer. There was no reason for me to be waiting this long. I will not be returning to this location again.

So I needed to cash a check from my home owner's insurance company. These nimrods tell me I have to pay them 2% for that honor. These near criminals took BILLIONS in bailout dollars when THEY nearly collapsed the economy, and now they're charging us for basic services. I will NEVER open an account at PNC, and will make sure my businesses never use this scummy bank either.

Wow!! Walked into this Branch with a question about a transaction on my account. Stood there for a good amount of time & was never greeted. I chose to have a seat and wait to be acknowledged. Ralph Martinez approaches me and asks "Mam what are you here for?" The delivery was Sooooooo RUDE!! Not a Hello how are you doing today? Not a how can I help you today? This is how a customer of 10+ years is greeted and spoken to.. NO THANK YOU!! & if you only help people by appointment only SAY THAT! HAVE A SIGN ON YOUR DOOR MAKING CUSTOMERS AWARE OF THAT!! This "Universal Branch Specialist" needs to reevaluate his approach because it was completely unprofessional and off putting!! Wow PNC DO BETTER!!

Just went in to open an account and was turned away because they were understaffed. This is totally unacceptable.

Just walked out of this branch at 3:00 on a Friday. In the lobby both teller windows were closed. Two of the offices had people helping customers. One office had an employee listening to a podcast, and the another office had an employee laughing it up with a friend/fellow employee. I waited in the lobby for a while, making sure each employee saw me. Not one "hello", "be with you in a minute", or anything that acknowledged I was there.

They have the best staff, they know me by name and help me immediately. I never have to wait for service and they are very informative and if they can't help with something they always have great references to get me the answers I need. I really just love this branch. I live further away from this one but I only go there for my banking needs.
