I have a trucking company filled out my EFS check. I'm given a number by a broker to partially pay for a fuel advance or the load. The teller asked me a few questions took my identification, which I have an account number here went pretty smoothly. Everybody was in a good attitude. I forgot to say merry Christmas. Thanks you guys.

I pulled up to your drive thru this morning and sent the items through to the ghost teller.....after sitting there 10 minutes not seeing a teller I called....3 minutes later someone came and said he was waiting on someone else inside and he would be with me in a few minutes. I told him he could send my stuff back and he didn't comply...again he said he was by himself and I said not my problem send me my stuff....reluctantly he did. Your customer service is not acceptable. I have been banking with this bank for going on 50 years. It's time to pull my money out and take it somewhere that cares about the customer. I will leave a cd thee because I have to but when it comes due I will pull it to.

If I could give this bank 0 stars I would. Employees and branch manager told me two or three different things. When I asked the branch manager when the original employee I spoke to was going to be in, her response was “does it matter?” Very rude and unprofessional. Went to another branch and all of my needs were met with our confusion or rudeness.

I am the manager of a small business in the area that has an account with PNC, the signer on the account has provided permission to speak with me on this account via this branch. This is going to be a lengthy review because I do not recommend this branch for business accounts. It has taken over a month to get a PIN for the Quickbooks. Why? The first time is the gentleman who did the notary didn't finish filling it out. So PNC to get a pin to link your account to quickbooks needs a pin. Its a free service but requires a wet signature and a notary. I reach out to the Manager at this branch Michelle Pearson, to correct it. She was awesome and getting it taking care of and very understanding with the situation. She filled out a new form for our business, the signer just had to go in and sign it. So he did. Well after 10 days to wait for the pin I followed up with Michelle on the status and she stated it takes 5-10 days, Hence the day I contacted her it was the 10 day mark. 2 days later she sent us a email stating it was denied. We get denied because a Michelle left the security name blank. Well that apparently means a new form. So the signer had to take time again for the 3rd time to go to the branch and sign the form, it took us a week and half to get his schedule cleared We went through the process again and I also updated the address via email on the status update. She was great taking care of the address with me via email. Yesterday we get denied a 2nd time because Michelle put our prior address on the form instead of the new one that she updated about a week and half prior to filling out the 3rd form. Now we have to go through the process a 4th time over 30 days. Very frustrated and I filed a complaint, however she will only deal with the signer now, even though I am authorized by the signer on the account. What a waste of time. Don't go to this branch if you need to handle business accounts and transactions. PNC customer service center was great at handling the complaint and they agreed with me 100%.

Stupid bank rules; they require customers to have people account number if you are making a deposit in someone's account. That is only putting customers information at risk.
