“The Postal Worker at this station goes above and beyond and always has a smile. Considering she is the only person, she handles the workflow and lines with the utmost in professionalism. I wish it was a larger station with more staffing, but they are working with limited space at the mall.”

“I'm giving 5 stars - not to the Postal Service - but to the employees that are working here day after day dealing with all the changes to services while being completely understaffed, and having to hear people complain about things they have no control over whatsoever. They are honestly with you and let you know when your mail isn't going to make it on time. Thank you for all you do and I am sorry you have to deal with so much ugliness.”

“I went to this post office two weeks ago for a scheduled appointment to obtain a new passport. I also had to mail an item. My customer service experience with the front desk clerks and the passport agent was stellar! Everyone I encountered was courteous, kind and provided professional customer service in a timely manner!! I received my passport today in the mail! KUDOS!!!”
