We purchased the J-245. We took delivery last week just as we were told. The recommended electrician hooked it up a few days later. And tonight we indulged. We absolutely love our jacuzzi! Kevin & Tami were a pleasure to work with. They answered our questions and kept us updated. Kevin even came to our home to give us a presentation. We previously purchased a billiard table, very satisfied. We highly recommend Premium Spas & Billiards. Glad to be a customer.Thanks,Kevin & Tami

Great Customer service! Installation team was very professional! and a Kevin has a love for Veterans! I purchase my 8' Monroe presidential pool table for my new home build and Kevin helped me select the perfect fit and product for my new home ideas and threw in a cool upgrade and some pool sticks for the kids. I enjoy visiting the store and will be long time customer. Not a huge store however, what ever you need he can get it for you. I'm glad Premium Spas and Billiards made it through the pandemic. I will be purchasing my Jacuzzi soon! Thank you again for all you do for Vets!

I bought a brand new spa! - - - _ - and she said "I wanted a Cadillac" - - _ -! Let me just say, when I heard the prices of these products the thrill was gone...Going here was almost as bad as the time my string broke on stage in my 1985 performance of How Blue Can You Get! The saleswomen working there didn't know a Caldera from a Jacuzzi! Didn't she know she was ridin' with the KING??!! I told her if she kept it up I was gonna walk right on outta there.

On many occasions, I have visited this wonderful establishment and dispersed my odorous gases. I have farted no less than 200 times around the premium spas and billiards. There's just something so comforting about this store that loosens my rectum every time I visit. Sorry for stinkin' the place up, Kevin!

I love this place. I gently weep when they are closed! When I go here I am not let down. I will say when I went I here I looked at the floor and I saw it needed sweeping! Something in the way they move products attracts me like no other spa dealer! Props to Kevin *Plays lovely guitar solo

After shopping around to many spa dealers for months, we finally decided on our hot tub! Kevin is great and gave us all the necessary information to make an informed decision that was best for our family and budget. He also supplied us with all chemicals and filters to keep it running clean and smooth for a while. Definitely check them out!* I will post an update following delivery.

My husband and I received our spa just recently and we were having issues with our well water and what appeared to be a chemical reaction. This happened right before we were expecting guests for the weekend. We walked into the Fredericksburg shop and spoke to Kevin Drew. He instantly knew what the issue was and was able to calm my nerves with a cure for my sick tub. The next day he took the time to call and make sure all was well, which it was. We will continue to do business with him for any or all of our spa needs.

Received a call from premium spas and billiards literally one day after posting my original review. I was hopeful it would spur them to action and told them I would take the post down once we were satisfied. Literally nothing has happened cents but broken appointments and empty promises. After being initially told that everything would be warranty work by the local store in Fredericksburg, we were informed by the store in Northern Virginia that once the home sold even though the spa itself was within its warranty timeframe the warranty did not transfer the new owners, which is a complete garbage policy. I was called by the technician four weeks ago and told he had the part in hand and would be out "next week" to replace it, which we agreed to even having to eat the cost. He has not responded to several messages since so we are going to get it figured out on our own one way or another. If there was a zero star option I would give it

I bought a brand new jacuzzi brand tub from the Fairfax Store two years ago. I've had two visits to the house since for minor issues related to the manufacturer. In both instances the Fairfax store contacted the Fredericksburg store and dispatched Derrick to my house. Derrick contacted me in advance, made friends with my dogs when he arrived, and he quickly and accurately diagnosed the problem and repaired the tub. Derrick contacted me before, during, and after his visit. Derrick answered my calls and answered my questions. If there's anything I'm annoyed by it was my response by Jacuzzi that some sensors are backed-up because of you know....COVID!

Limited stock. Unenthusiastic salesmen. Never even have the chemicals I need for my hot tub which I bought through Luxury Pools and Spas. Not impressed!!!

I bought a tub about 2 years ago and went to this store 2 years ago, their Fairfax location, and was treated like I was trash. The only redeeming thing about this business is Derick, their service technician.
