I needed to get my fingerprints done and unfortunate life circumstances caused me to miss my appointment and show up at 7 pm (their closing time) on the dot. I sprinted from my car to the door only to find it had been locked. I probably missed them by seconds...Yet, to my pleasant surprise, they saw me and actually unlocked their doors, then stayed late just to help me out--when they certainly did not have to. “Came in this morning & had multiple returns and didn’t have anything organized (I know, my bad ?) the young man that helped me, NAVEEN, was so helpful! He didn’t make me feel like I needed to be in a rush and was very patient with me, I had a huge box in my car that was falling apart from getting wet on delivery and he didn’t hesitate to help me— he carried the box in from my car himself!
