Alex from Prolift was incredible. He is the most knowledgeable garage door technician I've ever worked with and both his and Franklins workmanship was superior. They not only fixed the problem (broken springs) they also made sure I knew how to do maintenance on the door properly (I learned a lot) and they checked to make sure the garage door itself and the belt on my belt drive door opener were in good condition. Great service and incredible workmanship. Than you!!

Alex was wonderful to work with. I called ProLift and Alex arrived within 2 hours if my call. He was very friendly and answered all of my questions. He quickly assessed the issue and provided an estimate. The cost seems reasonable and I'm looking forward to completing the work.

Our garage door went out on Super Bowl Sunday. Pro-Lift sent someone out within a few hours to give us a quote. It was very reasonable so we went with them. The door was ordered and installed within a week. We are so pleased with this company! I would recommend them to friends and family without hesitation.

I would definitely recommend Prolift. I had a spring break on my garage door. The lady who took my information was very professional and helpful. I asked if they could come put the next day, which they did. Alex and Dave did a fine job.
