3rd CPAP machine in 15 years. Fred communicated the new machine attributes and went through the menu's. Done in 30 minutes. Painless.

I spoke with Janelle Rolstad, she was very informative and thoroughly explained using my new Bi-PAP machine, the Dream Mapper app, and Quality DME's resupply process. Janelle answered all my questions and explained the benefits of the device. Excellent customer service. Using GoToMeeting for our virtual appointment was an effective use of our time.

First off I have to say getting this Cpap machine has been a life changer! And the help I have got at Quality DME has been fantastic. My first visit was with Fred and he really helped me understand the machine and to get it all set up he was great! After about 2 months I started having some issues with my mask just not fitting properly and I called and made an appointment with Andy at the Fredericksburg office. What a great help he was, he really took the time to help me find the right mask he noticed how my mask did not fit my face exactly how it should and gave me another style mask to try, it worked perfect! Now I sleep through the night without getting woke up by the headgear. Thanks to all of you at Quality DME each person I've dealt with has been awesome!
